Hae's Bakery & Coffee Shoppe

I have gone here so many times since they opened. The iced coffee and lotus drinks are amazing. I also recommend the baked goods (the fruit pizza and the cookie cake), breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito, and the biscuits and gravy! They have so many seasonal drinks and changing flavors. I often come here to work on homework or go through their drive-thru. Amazing customer service too. One thing I love is that you can order any latte or lotus drink, including the ones from previous menus. I also love and appreciate the later hours. Highly recommend!

This place is the perfect vision of a coffee shop/bakery! Stopped in to grab breakfast on our way home and it was incredible!

We got a few items because everything sounded so amazing! We got the stacker, bag of bacon, berry overload açaí, and the maple bacon scone! All of it was to die for! I cannot stop thinking about it!

We got the hot chocolate and the campfire cookie latte! Best latte I have ever had! Not too overpowering and everything melted together perfectly! I cannot wait to go back someday!

Fun place for grab n go. Kind of loud inside but it's a high ceiling building. Too many yummies to decide so you'll just have to keep going back. Cinnamon rolls are outstanding.

I decided to come in a week after they opened. It's a beautiful building. There's outside seating that looks onto the beautiful trees in Duncan Park.

Very tall ceilings in the main shop make it feel less crowded when packed with people.

I got the cold brew and it's quite delicious. I probably won't finish it only because I can tell it's highly caffeinated. Which I know many people love!

I'll review again once I try the food.

Not only is the coffee and baked goods top notch, the atmosphere is fantastic. Multiple people were working on laptops or chatting with friends. Such a great spot! We will definitely be back.

I stop here whenever I’m in town because it’s s o good. Their açai bowls can keep you full for the full day and the chocolate chip muffins are the best i’ve had anywhere. They have a creative rotating seasonal menu and a quiet cafe when you dine in.

Stopped by today while running errands in Springfield. They were very busy, so I ran inside to order and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got my iced coffee! Atmosphere was very cute, staff was friendly and the drink was delicious and reasonably priced. Well done! ❤

I have been to both locations, both have a unique vibration and delicious iced teas. My favorite is the Harvest Moon, sO good! Since the beginning, Katie has been such a pleasant barista when taking my order, Thank you Katie see you next week!

I've I've been through the drive-thru a couple of times and I've never had a bad experience but the last time I went through I made an error in my order, and not only did the girl promptly replace my drink with the correct drink I was supposed to order, she was extremely thoughtful and kind in the process and did not give me any type of grief even though it was completely my fault. I appreciate their customer service especially in a time where good customer service is very hard to come by.

What a fantastic place. The help was accommodating and the owners, who had this place built, have clearly put much thought into the style and decorations. My wife was very impressed. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our coffee and I will definitely be going back there more often.

I want to give the owners a kudos too. They developed on land which was run down and needed something nice in the location. I hope the business lasts for a long time and it helps revitalize more around the area.

Great place to go in Springfield! Everything I have tried has been excellent!! Much better than the typical coffee shops and fast food choices!!!

We went in the afternoon on opening day and it was busy. Service was still efficient!!! I got apple danishes for my son and I, they were soooo good! I also got the butter pecan latte which also very good! We plan to come back to try more options that they were out of… I’d that opening day was very successful one!!

Love this new bakery! Bakery items are very tasty and our favorites are the muffins. I love the energy drinks, particularly the Blue Lotus. If you don't care for the caffeine, simply have it made with Sprite!
My only complaint is the last few times I have ordered my favorite drink, I get a different version.... Either they change the name or composition of the drink. Make sure you get what you wanted when you order. They will remake the drink for you!👍

Hae’s is very good! We came here almost every day while being back home for the holidays. Quick service with great tasting drinks! We have yet to try the food but look forward to!

I really enjoyed my visit here, everyone was super friendly and the service was great! I was hesitant to try this place after reading some other reviews… but I personally loved their lattes the several times I’ve been now, and the Açaí Bowls and baked goods have been YUM! Excited that there’s one on the Westside now too!

It's such a cute modern themed coffee shop! I got the Honey Bee cold brew with Lavendar syrup added! 😋

The parking lot was completely full, which made me incredibly nervous until I walked in. Apparently, there was a party in a back room. It was a fantastic place to meet my client. I will absolutely go back. The coffee was good, and so was my muffin. Next time, I'll look at the menu before I go.

We love this place! The drinks and food are always delicious and the staff are so kind. The baker is the star though! She has given us samples and today gave us water bottle stickers. Above and beyond!
