T-Mobile Experience Store

Shouts to Michael!!! How customer service should be handled at these stores! Everyone who has bought a phone knows what a nightmare these places can be. Everyone from Ray to the manager Juan was helpful. Polite to my young kids, helped my wife get everything she needed and even had me smiling when I was swiping my card. Highly recommend them if you value good customer service.

I recently visited T-Mobile to explore my options for a new phone, and I had an excellent experience. Rickie was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He took the time to explain all my options and helped me find the perfect fit. I was in and out within an hour and walked away with a new iPhone 15! Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Rickie if you need help. Great service overall!

Shay helped me get signed into my phone, and recovered data I never thought I'd get back. Really great experience at this location. Ray and Ny also helped me out, great team overall!

I went to T Mobile in Shresbury to see what options I had to add another phone line to my phone. I chose to go with Digits. The staff persons who assisted me were great!
I left w a new line! The staff at this store are professional,friendly and patient!

Juan was amazingly helpful getting us our hotspot device. We had an issue with an online order and had bad experience at another T Mobile store, and Juan was able to fix our immediate issue and help us resolve a potential future problem. The store is super nice inside. Highly recommend!

My son and I have been very impressed with the customer service, troubleshooting ability, patience and friendliness of this store. Most notably, Michael has been excellent! We highly recommend!!

The hospitality and customer service here was just amazing. I left the store with satisfaction and a smile because of the funny conversations and efficient skills they have. Nani and Dennis were very kind and personable, and despite the busyness of the store, Nani solved my complicated phone issue quite well. Though I don’t visit here often, I am a fan of this store! I hope they are getting paid what they deserve.

Absolutely HEAVENLY costumer service. Greatest Employee of All Time Award goes to Ms. Nyasia who, like every employee at this store, enjoyed helping me through every single need of mine with a stellar attitude and constant care and consideration, despite how annoying my technology was being. Saying she deserves a raise would be an understatement; give her ten raises. The people who work here truly care about their patrons and will help you with whatever you face.

I just want to give a shout out to T-Mobile rep Julia Noel she assisted me yesterday in switching over my phones from AT&T. She was kind ,patient and knowledgeable and she spent 3 1/2 hours with me, assisting me and getting my credit reports unlocked and switching over all my contacts to my boyfriends flip phone? Thank you so much.

I called, asked my question, got a very thorough response from Katie/Catie, who checked that the item I wanted was still in stock.

I went right down, and they even held it for me while I was dealing with an unfortunate forgotten credit freeze

The service was like something out of pre-2020, helpful and upbeat.

I was in and out with a new data line before my lunch break was over, and it works phenomenally so far.

I had a really pleasant experience and one of the most enjoyable experience ever to a cell phone store. Usually you are confronted with all complication and needless plans and promotions, but not here. Efficient, fast and caring is all i got from Alex, the assistant store manager who helped me with my concern. A great and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend

I don’t know a lot about all the new phones so I got a bit overwhelmed when I went in to get a new phone. Shelby was extremely polite and kind throughout the entire process even though I made it take longer than it needed to. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions, no matter how silly. Thank you Shelby for giving me the best experience possible.

Went to collect my TMobile umbrellas and the staff was efficient. Though I checked after coming home that the umbrella was damaged. I did call the front desk and I may go back for an exchange.

Finally great service with sprint!!! The sales people were very professional and knew what they where doing (which is a nice change of pace given the b.s. I've put up with from other sprint stores in the past) I've been having a problem changing my plan with sprints horrible app. but the sales reps here were able to figure out what had happened and address the issue quickly, I was able to resolve it in a timely manner. they weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me something i didn't need I was in and out in 30 minutes. Being a small business owner i know that time is valuable and I cant stand getting the run around. For once i was in and out quickly and with everything i needed done. If you have sprint this is Differently the store to go to.

I just want everyone to know that Shelby is literally amazing. I came in with a vendetta against sprint/t-mobile specific time health concerns & lack of coverage/inability to be notified of any changes in my labs or overall prognosis—and Shelby was insanely kind & patient with me. She had the sweetest dream not and I just felt instantly heard & calmed down. I was having a totally terrible day prior to coming in with everything that could have gone wrong going absolutely completely wrong — but she turned it all around. She addressed my issues without pushing any sales on me, and I ended up walking out a happy customer, retaining my service instead of canceling it. Thank you, so much, Shelby. You deserve a promotion and all the five stars. 💕

I came in today because my new V60 was glitching. Angel spent a good hour at least helping me out and Shelby also was very tentative to me as well. Both Angel and Shelby were also multitasking and helping other guests as well as assisting me that trickled in after I did. There was also another gentleman that helped me the second I walked in, though I did not catch his name. Angel fixed my V60 and Shelby gave me great information on how switching from sprint to tmobile goes now since the company merger. I cannot express how kind, patient, resourceful, and sweet Angel, Shelby, and the other gentleman were. I hope corporate or the store manager reads this because there is an awesome staff at this Tmobile store.

Antonio at this store is completely awesome, knowing that I was without a phone due to unfortunate event he suggested I open a new line to get the phone I was looking for replacing my old phone with. He was very pleasant and thorough on his service. Thank you so much Antonio, you and Sprint really made my day. Sprint should really be proud to have an employee like you.

I went to Shrewsbury location for support after tele-support failed to resolve my new iPhone connectivity issue.
The place was fairly busy, but I was helped in reasonable time with courtesy.
The problem was quickly identified, and resolved, and I was very happy overall. Staff was busy, but all the customers seemed to be getting good support. I recommend this T-Mobile store.
