Panera Bread

Love Panera. They are consistent quality with individual stores. Very warm and cozy inside. This store had a fireplace . Their strawberry poppyseed salad is back! Quick, delicious and great value for the price.

There was no one to help at the front (most likely due to helping another customer), and I and a friend were waiting for quite a while with three hungry children. I chose to use the kiosk (after seeing another customer who came in after me use it) to order our food. It wasn't as easy due to having to keep going back to find different sections and saying no to all the add-ons it kept asking about (one reason why I prefer dealing with a real person). We found a seat and the restaurant was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Food came in good timing, and the kitchen called out my name clearly (as well as a text my order was ready). The half portion salad was more like a side salad of about a fluffy cup of lettuce (which makes one wonder what a fullbportion would be like for the cost). The bread was good and the mac and cheese for my guy was hot and he enjoyed it. It was the perfect portion for him.

When you need comfort food. This is the place.

Always enjoy my visits here. Extensive menu , from salads to soup. Nice quite dining area.

My first panera visit wasn't for the products they sell, it was to perform a kind gesture and return a gift card to their location I had found. That day I met one of the managers Jessica, she surprisingly called me after a few days and awarded me the card in respect. The second she did that I became hooked.

Its always nice to know that the crew here are always more personable than my normal dunkins crew, their more professional and some of them actually know my name. The only helpful criticism I have is, I wish your tablet kiosk readers would make reading credit cards a little easier when people are in a rush and you got the lunch rush, because my strip fights and my chip is about to come out (I have one on reorder) but even when it's brand new I had a hard time with it reading.

Other than that...this place is awesome and I love their iced herbal teas too.

Although they were busy I did not have to wait long for my order. I dislike cashier's being replaced by monitors taking your order in different locations and stores not only Panera. Everyone is always friendly at this location including the locals.

Nicely stocked store. We went for brunch and we're pleased that they had everything available, including souffles. This Panera has good seating, a huge parking lot with easy access to Rt 9 and very professional staff.

Employees here are great. They are very conscientious. Newer management is very customer oriented. Anytime I have a concern they are always very helpful. I hope they are compensated for there great work. My favorite Panera store for sure because of the employees. Thank you.

Great customer service! I ordered online and my order wasn’t ready. I forgot the manager’s name but she was very professional. She apologized & even gave me a treat out of courtesy. The food was delicious and fresh.

Rozi is usually at the cash register at lunch. She is very king and patient with all customers. She greats us with a smile and is so pleasant. All staff at this location go out of their way to support customers!

I love Panera. There's plenty of yummy items to choose from and you can eat breakfast, lunch & or dinner. It's a great place to go with friends ,family, coworkers or you can just sit with your computer,kindle or book with a nice beverage.

I love this place, we always get awesome food every time. Some times it is busy so plan in advance.

Your typical Panera. Relaxed atmosphere, standard food, good place to relax or get some work done.

The young lady who waited on us patiently explained the salads and I took one of her suggestions. It was delicious!! My daughter had the summer vegetable corn chowder and said it was delicious too.

The restaurant was clean, the staff efficient, and the food good. Isn't that what we all want when we go out for a bite? Tried the new chocolate chunk cookie here and really enjoyed it!

This Panera is fantastic. They always provide items listed on their menu, which should not be a big deal. However, the other location on West Boylston street on the other side of Worcester is out of everything my wife and I have tried to order the last 8-9 times we went there over the last year. Hiw many times can they run out of baguette as their staple side? Out of the vegetable soups, AGAIN!? I am baffled one store is run so poorly, but this location in Shrewsbury is great. We will make the 20 minute drive to Shrewsbury to avoid having to settle for second-rate offerings at the pickup counter after paying for what we really wanted.

Food is delicious, but don't be fooled by the "healthy" labels only a couple of dishes there are healthy and made with real food. I say look at the ingredients in their website if you are healthy option caution..
