Great sandwich pair deal with soup! Excellent service as well! I was carrying my sleeping son and the gentleman made sure the bag was able to be carried for take out ..It’s the little things that make a difference in customer service!!

Ordered BLT (added grilled chicken), Turkey Club, Mac & Cheese. Both sandwiches were tasty. Mac & Cheese was overpowering. Delivery was quick and friendly (Grubhub). Price high, but fair. I recommend.

Potbelly's is one of my favorite (chain) places to get sandwiches & I haven't found a location yet that I haven't enjoyed! I love their wreck sandwich (with cheddar) & their malts & brownie cookies are amazing!

I live in walking distance, so have eaten at this location a lot over the past few years. Service is fast and friendly and the food is reasonably priced and tasty. My favorites are the mushroom melt and chicken salad sandwiches, the chocolate shake, and the wonderful oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. In all the times I've eaten here, I think my order was only wrong once which is an amazing track record, especially considering the error was just that I got lettuce on my sandwich without asking for it .

Amazing place to stop by travelling to states. High quality food, all fresh and nice variety of sandwiches.

The service and food at this location are fantastic! I ordered a sandwich without cheese, and received one with extra cheese...ooof. But not to worry, the manager was on it immediately. She was observant and kind, and quickly made sure my order was corrected. She offered to comp the sandwiches for my boyfriend and myself due to the mix up. We declined the free food, as we were honestly just taken aback by the manager being out on the floor available to assist customers and employees, and the genuine caring nature she displayed. That type of service is so rare nowadays, but boy is it appreciated! The sandwiches we had were fantastic too! I know we'll definitely be back sometime soon for more delicious sandwiches and the great customer service. Thank you for being awesome! 😁

Hands down one of the best sub shops around! The staff is amazing everytime I go in. The subs are absolutely delicious everytime! An absolute must if you're in the area. Don't be the one who's never had potbelly. You'll truly be missing out.

Love these sandwiches, they are warm and oven baked. The ham and cheese is my favorite, but there is a menu full of other good choices as well. Plus they offer soup with Oster crackers. The oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are baked fresh every morning and our so good, you can get them in two different sizes. They have other cookies as well, including limited time seasonal flavors. The low-fat strawberry/banana smoothie is tasty and they taste the same no matter which location I go to. Very consistent sandwich shops and friendly service.

Alas, I couldn't give this business any rating above five stars unfortunately, blame Google. This sandwich shop offers amazing quality, oven toasted, delicious sandwiches. They have a rotating specialty sub offered seasonally, The Cuban in spring and most recently a BBQ style sub! Honestly I'll be there tomorrow after writing this reveiw they're too fire to miss out.

I called and ordered some sandwiches for lunch meeting last minute. I explained to George the situation that we need to get lunch in a hurry. George and the staff really took great care to see that I received my order quickly and accurately. The food is always fantastic! Thank you!

Great place to eat and feed our "potbelly's" with. Hence the name. Another tasty location. Nothing overwhelming, just right. Better than the Southfield location.

I was having a bad day, I started work that day in novi, and had to drive to ann arbor. I didn't realize I left my wallet in novi until I went to pay, I thought I might have left it in my bag, but I was incorrect. I came back and explained how I was sorry about ordering food I couldn't pay for and the manager must have seen the frustration in my face and casually told me "lets start turning that day around, lunch is on us brother."

I know this is a review of the company, but any company that puts good humans in roles where they can be good, MUST be a good company.

Awesome restaurant. Samone and Andy are the BOMB!!! Food is great I had to come back and get another sandwich before I head back south. University of Alabama "ROLL TIDE " Gymnastics Team had it catered in for lunch and I had to go find the restaurant myself. Had lunch here 3 days straight afterwards. Wish they had them down south.

I actually really like this Potbelly, their service is really fast and friendly, even during the busy parts of the day. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, even when there is a long line. Inside is always really clean which is nice and plenty of tables inside and out.

Located in Perrysburg OH. They totally closed the place in Toledo and we would really like them to open one back up here. Everyone misses this shop. Best subs anywhere...

This is a great Potbelly location. Service is always quick and friendly, lots of seating inside and out, and always really clean. The food is great, tons of sandwich choices and big portions.

The original turkey sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup are two of the best fast casual items available anywhere. Great for a casual lunch or dinner on the go.
