Randolph towing

It was a rough end to our vacation. My family of six was broken down on a Sunday 12 miles from our rental - 350 miles from home, with a deadline to be out of the rental, and almost nothing left in the ole bank account. I called Mr. Randolph on the recommendation of a local. I'm glad I did! He helped get us out of the rental in time and spent four hours helping me trouble troubleshoot our vehicle problems. He literally crawled up into my engine compartment to test fuses (see picture). At one point, he offered to drive us the 6 hours home, and I think he actually would have. Great guy. Not in it for the money. I think he was even happier than I was when we finally got the truck running (and I was VERY happy). He's not so much a towing service as a problem-solver, though I'm sure he tows too. He saved us hundreds of dollars. He has my family's highest recommendation!

Called AAA after getting a flat tire in rural Iron county and realizing I had a spare tire but no jack or tools.
Jim Randolph arrived within the hour and after we struggled to get the spare released without the proper proprietary Toyota tool Jim felt he had tools at home that would do the trick. He returned 20min later and set after the task. After 2 and half hours of shear grit and determination he was able to drop the spare and get the flat changed.

It was a lesson in persistence I shall not soon forget.
And we share a birthday!

What a kind and friendly person Randolph is!! As well as the gentleman who came with him. I live in a very rural area and it’s hard to get help this far out. Randolph arrived faster than I expected! He was worried about me driving on a gravel road with a donut tire so went the extra mile and plugged my tire for me until I can get it replaced. I’d recommend him to anyone and everyone and have already passed a photo of his card onto family and friends. Ended the fixed tire with a hug and new friend! Talk about service with a smile! I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and he took time out of his day and stopped and changed it for me! I didn't call for service from them I was reaching out to friends so it was great to have Jim from Randolph's towing pull over and help. Thank you so much! With a great person like that the business has to be great!

Called this man at 3:30am when my alternator went out on me on my way in to work. He was not able to tow me at the time but jumped up and brought me a jump pack so I could get my car back to my parents, Saving the day! He shows there is still great people in this world!! I can't thank him enough.

Picked up a rental car from the airport yesterday and tire started leaking air quickly thereafter. Woke up with a flat, and the car rental agency contacted Randolph Towing. He came out quickly, changed the tire and was super nice! The whole car rental situation has been a pain, but very much appreciate the kind, quick, efficient tire change service so I could get this rental back to exchange it. Definitely recommend Randolph Towing.

Such amazing service from such an amazing man! I'm a truck driver and couldn't get my semi to start. He came out and not only got it started, he made sure that it was running well and I had no other issues. I've been having a consistent issue with my truck starting and the cold just did it in. He didn't just jump the battery, he used an additive that helped it fire up, and made sure I had some for the road. I will never travel without it again, especially with an older truck. I'm a single mom that travels with my 11 year old son. This could've been a horrible experience, but calling Randolph felt like calling family. He was so wonderful and went above and beyond for me and my son. My truck now starts up better then she ever has and I'm able to continue down the road to continue bringing goods to other families. Jim Randolph is an amazing guy. he does this job because he truly cares for people. He went out to my member and fixed a broken axle on their horse trailer because he knew they were in the middle of the road and he wanted to help them. Help them he did! he got there SUPER FAST, very efficient and knowledgable about what was needed, went and got the parts and Got Er' Done!!

Absolutely the best towing company I have ever used. My daughter hit a curb an blew out both tires. As soon as we called he was there within 45 mins. When arriving at our home greeted me with a hug and told me how he had a long talk with her about paying attention to her surroundings. Extremely wonderful company. I called Jim Randolph on Friday, June 18th 2021 for a tow after my Yukon XL broke down. His tow truck was out on an all day haul and he went out his his way to find someone else to tow my truck. After he scheduled a tow with another company for me, he drove to the location where I broke down and offered to take me to his house or the garage that was to tow my truck. His reason, because he thought I might be unsafe on the side of the highway and it was also about to hit 100 degrees later that day.
Come to find out, my engine had thrown a rod and there was no way I could make it to my destination. My truck was loaded with kayaks and all the other things I''d needed for the long weekend. He offered me one of his trucks so my long weekend would not be ruined. I took him up on his offer and he didn't blink an eye!!
This man is one of my new friends. A Vietnam War hero with a Bronze Star and a Purple Heart who just wants to make sure people are safe and happy! If that's not enough, go ahead and call someone else! Good Luck!

My Husband Ted and I called to have a vehicle shipped from Missouri to Wisconsin. Jim was right on it, he wasted no time. He was able to locate our stolen vehicle repossess our vehicle and transport it back to us. He rate was extremely reasonable we thought for sure it was going to be more than double for what he charged us. I just have to say what an honor it has been to work with him. Talk about you southern hospitality. The kind of person you have as a friend. We look forward with keeping in contact as we have met a new acquaintance. My husband hit a deer, cracked his radiator and crumpled the hood of the car. I waited a day to call the tow truck because of money. He met us locally so we wouldn't have to drive. Our vehicle was stolen and he didn't even charge me for going to try to get it. Any other place would have. He is a stand up guy. Helpful and honest. I won't use anyone else except Randolph's from now on. And next time I'll call right then to get a tow. You won't go wrong with Randolph's.

My puppy locked me out of my car while I was in the Dollar Store while my vehicle was running! It was freezing outside! Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with Roadside Assistance Randolph came to my rescue! I was back in my warm vehicle within minutes! I can’t say enough good things about this guy. We had been hiking at Elephant Rocks and weren’t sure if we had locked the keys in the truck or dropped them somewhere. Roadside assistance from State Farm couldn’t find anyone to come and we had been waiting hours so I called this place and he came right over and had it open in no time! I had a blow out on my camper on 221 in doe run. I didn’t have any tools to put my spare tire on. I called the business for some help. They came as soon as they could. He was a very nice man and I couldn’t thank him enough for the help. Thank you so much!
