A taste of Tuscany! The sandwiches are hand crafted and made fresh!! We couldn’t be more excited about this place, a taste of European delicacies The focaccia bread is fresh and tasty, and the imported meats burst with flavor. We tried the aged prosciutto with burrata, basil pesto and sun-dried tomatoes, which was outstanding! Additionally, we tried the roasted turkey with pecorino spread and it is loaded with flavor.

The owners greet you warmly as you walk in the door and invite you to try their variety of sandwiches.

I went during their soft opening and they had the sandwiches presented really nicely. The meats were cut fresh and the bread was just baked. The flavors definitely brought me back to Italy. I’d highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, delicious, and authentic! Real and incredibly fresh ingredients. I could not be more pleased with their sandwiches. A gourmet is truly gourmet. All of the sandwiches were delicious and all the ingredients were fresh. I had the #2 and my husband had the #7. Both presentations matched the website. The bread was so fresh and melted in the mouth. Overall, we both preferred the #7 as it has a bit of a kick. If you’re sensitive to spice I would order something else but if you like spice like us, then you will find it perfectly spicy. The meat was in perfect proportion to the bread and all the flavors combined nicely. Highly recommend this sandwich shop if you’re in the area. Your stomach will leave full and satisfied.

No need to go to Italy, Los Angeles, Las Vegas or New York to experience a taste of All’Antico Vinaio sandwiches. No long wait lines as well, at least for now. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.

Exceptionally good Italian sandwiches on focaccia bread. The bread is soo good, texture and flavor made it the best focaccia I have ever eaten. Ordered the Number 2 with Pistachio Mortadella, cream of pistachio burrito, olive tapenade and roasted peppers with olive oil and arugula.

I’m so happy they opened a new type of sandwich shop in the area. I’ve been looking for All Antico Vinaio style sandwiches in AZ and have finally found the place. Really impressed by the quality of the meats and spreads. The size was perfect, and definitely filling, especially with the amount of meat and spread used. If you’re looking for something different than your traditional sandwich shops this is the place!

Great, fresh sandwiches! You could tell all the ingredients were fresh. I got the prosciutto sandwich and the focaccia was soft with fresh burrata cheese and the best sound dried tomatoes I’ve had.
Highly recommend!

I went looking for something other than a Jimmy John’s or Jersey Mikes, and although I love those shops, I found this place and it was amazing! From the fresh focaccia bread, to the creamy spread and delicious, authentic meat’s, this place is legit! We’re new here, so the owners took the time to explain their sandwiches. We got the #2 and man was it delicious and absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back!

My travels haven’t quite taken me to Italy yet, but the sandwich I had today made me feel like I was in Florence. The bread was fluffy on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, and complemented all the ingredients in my sandwich perfectly. I ordered the number #4 and added salami, which was a great addition. Although it was extra, it was well worth it. While this sandwich is priced higher than your average sandwich shop, I feel it is fully justified by the sheer quality of the ingredients. I can’t wait to return soon.

A Gourmet has to be one of the best sandwiches i’ve had in Arizona. Every ingredient was super fresh and tasted so good. The service was very friendly and location was very clean and has pretty decor. Will definitely be back!

We walked 10 minutes after closing. He was kind enough to offer us sandwiches to go. This is definitely one of my top two sandwiches of ALL TIMES. I have had probably close to 10,000 in my lifetime. The focaccia bread was AMAZING and the ingredients were so FRESH.He is a sandwich artist!! We will be back next weekend with family We are spreading the word!!! This place is a must try. Sandwiches are big. 💜 These would make GREAT picnic sandwiches. We definitely have happy full tummies. Love this place!!!

I do not normally review places but this place is fantastic. FRESH everything from cheeses, hand sliced meats to order, arugula and balsamic glaze. Try the truffle chips as well. Reasonable price point ($25/person for sandwich chips and drink) for the highest quality Italian sandwich I have gotten in America outside New York City.

I would go back to this place for the bread alone! The time and love poured into the sandwich, truly the most delicious sandwich I've ever had and you don't need chips because the sandwich is so filling. I overheard people ordering the #1 to share lol there's no way I'd share it. Can't wait to go back!

I’m from Europe and was dying from this American processed ‘food’. This place is truly authentic and a literal oasis in the dessert for quality Italian sandwiches!! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! They have fresh ingredients and the flavour is amazing. Thanks so much for existing and saving my taste buds 😁

Genuinely fantastic sandwiches! Everything is fresh, and what struck me the most is being able to taste each individual ingredient with every bite. We were halfway through our sandwiches and already debating what we'd have on our next visit.

Tried the prosciutto, mortadella, and salami sandwiches. All amazing!

The Iberico Ham chips were delicious, as were the Black Truffle.

We needed a new type of sandwich shop in Surprise area. I'm impressed by the quality of the handcrafted sandwiches. They are made with fresh focacia bread and flavorful imported meats. This place is perfect for when you are craving a delicious Italian sandwich.
