Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Completely awesome! The food was wonderful, but the staff was even better. Elizabeth was a total sweetheart, and the manager came around to make sure we were enjoying ourselves.

Delicious and very hot chicken tenders! Very recommended!

I wanted to try this place for a long time after hearing about the founder’s story on NPR‘s how I built this. It did not disappoint and was amazing! As great as it sounded during the show. Everything was delicious! I tried the coleslaw it was great. I tried the Texas toast fabulous. And of course the chicken and the sauce unbelievable. Highly recommended! Service was very good and friendly. Welcome was said when I walked in the door and that was nice there was an attendant cleaning the restaurant the entire time I was there. Service was fast and pleasant. Food was great.

First time at a Canes. Wow! Chicken fingers are similar to the amazing ones Fridays had back in the late 90’s. Went on a Friday night 9pm. The drive thru line was LONG! Actually the line is always long but now I know why! So good. Fresh, fresh, fresh. Juicy lightly breaded and so tasty. Went inside because the line was long. The person that waited on me was so nice. The restroom and the restaurant were both super clean. Will go back again. Thank you!

This place has the best customer service. I ordered food and had to step out and deal with a personal situation. After 30 minutes I came back, and not only was my food still ready for me, they offered to remake it so I didn’t have to eat cold lunch. You just can’t get that kind of service anymore.

I’ve been to RC’s all over from Colorado to AZ and they really do a great job with consistency. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. Love this place and will return soon.

The employees were respectful, patient, but had urgency in getting the food out in a decent amount of time. Food was hot and fries crisped to perfection. 🙂

I've always been a fan of Cane's, but the STAFF at this location are what prompted my review.
As I was paying for my Caniac combo, a quarter fell out of my pocket and rolled out of reach. I totally dismissed it and sat down with my food. Before I left, the cashier came over to my table and handed me the quarter. It was such a small gesture, but it speaks wonders to the quality of people that are employed at this location. Company culture *MAKES* the experience, and they are doing it RIGHT here.

Great customer service and friendly staff. It's set up well for drive thru services. Its Cane's so expect to pull up to, and be in a line of traffic but it moves quickly. At the end of the day.... Worth it!!! Thumbs up to everyone there. Chicken chicken chicken, what you pickin?

The customer service is great at this location. Such sweet people with great attitudes! Thank you for always making it a great experience and serving the freshest meals!

Fast and friendly drive thru. Made it easy to get our food without a long line. Great when you have young kids in tow.

The box combo is great cause it comes with sauce, toast, coleslaw and a drink. If u don’t want the coleslaw or etc. you can exchange for another sauce or etc.

They also have seats outside

I love the food and quick service. I don't like how it's so loud inside. People yell and I can't hear anything. The music outside is screaming loud too.

First time at Raising Canes. Great chicken and fries. Batter on the chicken fingers is nice and light. Staff was amazing here !

They messed up on the dipping sauce. Meal came with 2 Cane sauce, and I ordered a Honey mustard as an extra. Plus, they forgot the coleslaw.

I love that I used to work at Raising Cane’s in Paradise Valley about 10 years ago and then I moved to Tucson to work at Raising Cane’s on Broadway when it had just opened, my husband at that time was part of the NRO for that restaurant and let me tell you something! The service we provided and the food quality was the best at both restaurants and now that I left that job and moved back to Phoenix and its surrounding areas, I keep stopping to eat at any Raising Cane’s I pass and the service and the food quality I receive is the same I used to give, and coming from a customer service professional this is saying a lot! In all these years Raising Cane’s has not forgotten their mission and is still living up to it. To grow Restaurants all over the world and be known as the brand for quality chicken finger meals, a great crew, cool culture and active community involvement. I’m not going to lie, I now work at a place where I get paid $27 per hour 40 hours a week with weekends off and great benefits and 1 company bonus plus Christmas bonus but there are days that I want to go back to work at Raising Cane’s to continue being part of their amazing service. That is all.

Update 2 years later not sure if it is the economy or the time frame in which I come to caines but this is disappointing. I paid $17 and some change ( not to mention being hassled at the window for bit having exact change) to get bite size chicken strips. Lastnight when I stopped in for a quick bite the strips were not much bigger. This is one of my favorite places to visit please advise when is a good time to come and get what I actually paid for you know like the good old days....

Always a good option in surprise. Fresh food and quick drive thru times for the money. I'd rather spend a lil more on fresh food.

Best place to get your fried chicken fix. Ask for the chicken extra crispy. You won't regret it.
