Firehouse Subs Surprise Village

This has gotta be the best Firehouse I've ever been to. First off, the sandwiches were incredible and the atmosphere in the restaurant itself is awesome. I got to speaking with the manger or the owner of the store about whether or not they would bring back the hot sauces they used to have sitting out in the open to try. He wasn't sure if they'll ever end up bringing it back but he asked which one I used to like. A few minutes later he brought out a bottle of the hot sauce and gave it to me to take home!!! Such a great team that works there. We'll be back.

Great location, great service! Using the app, our food was prepared correctly and ready to go when we arrived. Kiddos receive a cute fire hat. And I love knowing they support our Firefighters ❤❤

This was my first time at a Firehouse Subs, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the atmosphere inside the dining area,from the open seating to the firehouse decor and plaques honoring various firehouses. I instantly greeted 'Welcome to Firehouse' by all the staff as if they were in competition to see who can greet first, also very friendly and easy-to-read menu board. Quality ingredients. I ordered my free birthday medium steak and cheese sub for joining the rewards club via email, and a large drink. Their steak and cheese sub is scrumptious, I will be returning.

I got a hat when I asked for one! Aside from this, the staff are understanding and efficient! The result of my patience was a tasty looking sub that met standards. Accompanied by chicken and dumpling soup, this meal was most excellent. Why not give them a try?

Their subs taste delicious every time. Love that you can round up change top next dollar amount to support firefighters. My favorite is the Italian sub and the patato soup.

Just visited for the first time with my boys after we finished some work on the truck. They already knew of this place and what to order. Been back again since that visit. Really good sub sandwich. My wife is gluten free and this is another place we can go enjoy our food together.

Treated my son so good gave him a cookie and the subs was delicious great service thanks!!!

We came it close to store closing, asked if we could still order, crew enthusiactly said come on in. We placed a $89.00 order that was prepared perfectly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have previously ordered the hook & ladder from this location many times which has always been great. The service is always quick and friendly, and this location is always clean and tidy.

Today I ordered the meatball sub because people say theirs is so phenomenal so I wanted to give it a shot. I’m SO glad I did! The bread was perfectly crisp and the sandwich overall was very flavorful. I added some red pepper flakes when we got home to give it a little kick being I didn’t know if I could handle the spicy meatball that they have. Adding the red pepper flakes plus the quality of the sandwich, it was great!

Will definitely be ordering one again! I had meant to leave a review sooner, but definitely needed to after this! Great location all around.

Tried the brisket hot sub. I loved it. I got a medium but to me it's more of a small. As someone who grew up near Philly these are really good subs. Italian food and pizza in AZ is meh. I liked it more than Jersey mikes. I would definitely come here again.

WoW, just found out they give a free drink to vets and Active duty Military!! And food is always great!!

HOLY DELICIOUSNESS. This place is awesome! Food is amazing, atmosphere is just as amazing and it's well run. So glad to have one right here in Surprise. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!!!!

I looove these subs. They have amazing food at amazing prices. Their selection is way better than most sub shops and taste fresher. Bonus it supports our heroes!

Delicious food and the customer service here is amazing! Watching them be so polite to each other while training newbies is refreshing. Everyone was smiling and friendly. My son dropped his sandwich and they were quick to clean it up and remake him a sandwich. Shout out to Phil and Jaden for excellent service!

They always have the best subs around! Everything is made fresh while you wait, the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean! I love going there as the food is delicious! You can also round your purchase up to donate to fire house charities. Keep up the great work!!!

Always delicious. Staff couldn't be more friendly. I love the soda fountain with many many drink options. Definitely a favorite spot.

Stopped in after seeing gluten free bread available on their menu, and the sandwiches were great! The bread wasn’t crumbly or hard, it was very soft and tasted great. The cheddar brisket and bacon ranch were both fantastic on the bread. What made this location even better was having the opportunity to meet the owner while my son and I waited for our food! He showed us the various photos and memorabilia on the wall (with much of it coming from here in surprise, including the photos), and told the story behind so much of what’s on display. He even let my son hold the helmets from London! It was both humbling and a pleasure to have the experience. We will absolutely be back thanks to the great food, but even better people!
