Fixed my dryer for a very reasonable price! They were able to get me in quickly and were very upfront about cost! I will definitely use them again if the need arises!

We had Henry's out a couple of days ago to diagnose an oven problem. Ted's knowledge of our oven was extensive. He gave us excellent advice on weather or not to repair or replace our stove. Prior to this we used him to repair our washer. Again he was very knowledgeable about the equipment and it runs great. His prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend him.

I called on Thursday and they were very helpful and customer service orientated. They had a nice competent fellow who figured out the problem right away and fixed it. The price was wonderful too! So if you don't know where to go, this is a great place. My son recommended them as they have used them in the past and were very helpful. I have a month warranty. No parts were necessary! I definitely would use them again. Thank you!

While I was driving by Jerome Illinois, my freaking microwave had inconveniently broked and was not even working. This was when I had decided to stop at the only option of microwave repair which is that of HENRYS APPLIANCE REPAIR. But wow, that was like the best decision ever probably. I literally got my microwave fixed in a matter of nanoseconds, I honestly don’t know how they did that it was a miraculous phenomenon that I cannot undoubtedly explain. Anyways they only charged like 2 buk. So chep. Henry was a blast to work with and he was a blast . I ended up fixing every applicant I owned at Henry’s. GREAT decision. Okay but !

Henry's sent out a representative today to work on my washing machine. He was timely, professional and honest. He could have claimed to need to do repairs that would have been super-costly, but explained why it was actually in my best interest to get a new washer. I was glad I selected them and will call them again in the future if needed.

I had a refrigerator go out. When i called Henry's l, they sounded empathic about my problem and were sorry they could only get time to my home the next morning. The repairman was on time and told me what was wrong and it would not be feasible to try to repair. He then called to his shop see if they had a used refrigerator and they did! Great price and the owner delivered it himself the next afternoon and took my dead fridge away! Very happy with everything about Henry's! BarbF.

The gentleman they sent to quote a repair on our fridge was very personable and professional. He didn't try to push a repair when he quoted us at half of the new cost of the unit. Very impressed.
