We recently hosted our family function at the Lakeside Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! The venue is stunning, with beautiful views of the lake that provided the perfect backdrop for our event. The staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish.

The food was exceptional, with a great variety that catered to everyone's tastes.

Overall, I highly recommend the Lakeside Hotel for any event. We can't wait to return for our next family celebration!

My partner and I stayed here recently and it was fantastic. We had a queen jacuzzi room in the annex building and found it very clean and the bed super comfy. We came in via our sailboat and the depth at the dock was great, we also didn’t have to pay additional or marina fees on top of the room charge.

All the staff were very polite and accommodating - we did not eat on site since there were a lot of other places in Gan we wanted to go to so I can’t comment on that. Overall it was a lovely stay and by not having to pay marina fees for our boat we ended up saving money over staying in other hotels in the area.

The breakfast was very good, lots of options to choose. Staff are friendly, they helped us with luggage and everything. The owner was very customer service oriented. Will definitely stay again, it was a great experience in this hotel all 3 days we stayed.

Beautiful Inn, Renovated room was immaculate. We just got back as we went there to do the 1000 island boat cruise. When we booked they didn’t mention the fact that the spa was closed or that you had to run the water in the shower for 10 minutes before you got hot water. Even though the fridge in the room was turned down, it froze everything we put in it. That being said, this review is to simply let them know some of the short comings. Please be up front with people when the book! If you have services like the spa, be up front about it when you book. Don’t make it a small foot note on the receipt after the room is paid for. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Loved this place. Right on the water. Beautiful old building. Very very clean. Probably the cleanest hotel/ inn I've ever stayed at. The service was wonderful. They didn't always have what I wanted(peanut butter with breakfast) but the next morning the waiter came running over with it without me even asking apologizing because their order hadn't come in the day before while the manager (I think) filled our coffee. Lovely people. Very eager to please. Would love to come back when the spa part reopens

I had an exceptional stay! The location is unbeatable, nestled in a beautiful area with easy access to local attractions and stunning views. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort.

This was exactly what we wanted for a weekend getaway. The little town is pretty and the Inn is positioned perfectly at the water in the middle of it all. We had our Canada Day long weekend in Gananoque and the Inn was definitely a part of it. The Inn has some history, which is displayed on the way into the one dining room with pictures and write-ups. Staff was super friendly and great! We opted to not have daily housekeeping, but we were asked if we wanted/needed fresh towels or anything.

The only observation for others coming to the Inn (and by no means a complaint) .. there is NO elevator. If you have difficulty with stairs, be sure to work with the booking agent to ensure you have an appropriate room for yourself.

We had a great stay. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. In fact, they opened the dining early for us to allow us to have our breakfast before heading off to our competitive sporting event. Rooms were cleaned and topped up every day and we enjoyed the amenities very much. We would definitely book here again. Thank you to all who took such great care of us!

Gananoque Inn & Spa offers a charming and relaxing escape with its historic ambiance and beautiful riverside setting. The rooms are elegant and comfortable, and top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the on-site dining is excellent. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway and exploring the Thousand Islands.

Location, location, location! Located right on the water where the St. Lawrence & Gananoque Rivers meet. Less than a 5 min walk west to the Gan Thousand Islands Cruises and even a shorter walk east to the Thousand Island Playhouse theater. Nearby gifts shops, museums, parks and restaurants; all walkable distances. Our room was not part of the main building but closer to the river/dock. It's approximately 10-15mins walk to downtown where there are more shops, stores, pubs and restaurants. Other nearby attractions: Thousand Island Tower, Shoreline Casino, Thousand Island National Park, Kayaking & Golf.

We had our family get together in Gananoque inn & spa . The hotel staff is wonderful , great hotel & service , excellent food & million dollar view . Overall FIVE STAR experience . I highly recommend this hotel.Thanks again for everything .

Room was wonderful and staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at the Muskie Jake's was actually really good and the bartender made a great cocktail. Breakfast was excellent as well. Great view of the River

Lovely stay! Enjoyed the breakfast. Could walk to the main street, theater, and kayaking easily. Sitting on the dock at night was so nice.
