My family ordered a cake from Panache Bakery for my birthday. Not only was the cake beautiful but also incredibly tasty! You can tell that they use great quality ingredients and use great care and precision when baking and decorating. They also have great almond croissants and date squares. Everything is delicious! What a little gem, right in the middle of Gananooque.

Amazing bakery. Really love going there - everything I have tasted so far was delicious and not overly sweet - Japanese gluten free cheese cake, matcha pastry, almond croissant, tiramisu, eclair with strawberries, etc. The owner is a very friendly lady and it shows that she loves what she does - and she does it well. Thank you!

We came here on vacation for a combination anniversary/birthday trip and stopped her off of a recommendation. We bought and sampled many things you had to offer but our favorite by far was the raspberry pie. So delicious! We still think about it. Not many places sell raspberry pie and it was perfection. We’ve tried to replicate it to the best of our ability at home until we can visit again.

Excellent coffee I had their peanut butter cookie and their oatmeal cookie and an apple turnover. Excellent prices very friendly staff.

Ting did an amazing job on custom cupcakes and cookies for my daughter-in-law's baby shower. They were both very cute and extremely delicious! Her Bakewell tarts are also - by far - the best I have ever tasted in my life!

Maple Pecan Pie - pecans were crunchy but there was also a delish crispy edge to them. Crust was also excellent. I'd have again!

Tiramisu - first Tiramisu outside of Costco. Lovely serving that I ate for 1 but others may split for 2. The biscuits were soft the coffee wasn't overwhelming it was creamy. Great soft smooth texture. It was wonderful.

Cheddar Jalapeño Bread - Great flavour, not too spicy, held itself well thru toasting & buttering. They even sliced it for us :)

Beautiful cakes that tastes amazing. Buttercream icing and filling. We stopped making cakes at home for birthdays because we need any excuse to order one from Panache. Bread is great and love the premade soups and meals for busy weeks.

Great little stop in the heart of Gananoque for sandwiches and pastries or a cup of coffee. We enjoyed everything we ordered and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and offers to go options and some grab and go things like curds and jams.

We couldn't be happier about the two beautiful cakes we ordered. They were organized, professional, and friendly in their processing of our order and how they handled customers amidst the current pandemic. I don’t live close enough to make it a regular spot, but I wanted to share the love for their work, so anyone on the fence knows it’s a great spot!

Another couple amazing cakes from Panache. They are our go to for any occasion. The attention to detail is amazing. They are always so friendly and the price of the cakes is very reasonable given the amazing quality & taste. Thank you again!!

We were travelling and needed a birthday cake for a party in three days. Panache made an excellent cake, sealed it up so it would not go stale, and provided advice on how to keep it fresh. It was a great success! Thank you, Panache

Wonderful sandwiches and such a delightful lady making them and helping us with our order. They have quite a bit of other things for sale inside like local jams and honeys and cheese curds.

Firstly, the food is delicious; I'd highly recommend the quiches and cupcakes. Additionally, this quaint cafe has incredibly friendly employees! I've only been there twice (only because I'm not from around here), and despite the visits being weeks apart, the sweet employee that helped us the first time remembered us! Interactions like these contribute to such a welcoming atmosphere and overall great experience.

The most divine matcha-green tea cookies I have ever had!! In fact, everything was delicious! The owners are lovely people; polite and hospitable. With the pandemic still circulating, there are only allowed 3 people at a time. Very clean and cozy, despite being for pickup only. Well done!!

The service here was amazing! It’s not on the menu, but I got an iced vanilla latte, and it was delicious. The pastries are also delicious.

Happy they are open even if the hours are shorter and the selection a bit less than normal.
The pastries are crispy and delicious, the apple turnover is my favorite.

Clean. The lady understood exactly how I liked my coffee. I ordered a latte and toasted club sandwich. Really good. You can pick the type of bread and they had olive bread as a choice. The quinoa salad had good flavor. The coffee was amazing!!!

My latte and croissant were delicious. A lovely way to start the morning.

Went back the next day and bought some sour dough bread (smoky onion loaf and jalapeño cheese bread loaf). Delicious!!
