I think it's a wonderful place, clean, convenient, owners Pam & Jon are good hardworking people.

The owner is amazing!!!! This was my first time coming up north & I felt like I was back home down south. The food was great. She made me feel at home.

I spent 5 weeks with Pam. Hospitable, good beds, good food, quiet. If you want a fancy place this not it (nor does it claim/want to be). Convenient and only a 10 minute walk to the River. Highly recommend.

This my favorite place to stay. The owner has gone above and beyond every time I have stayed there. The food is always top notch. I have stayed there over a dozen times. My husband has been there even more while working in the area. Always a wonderful experience.

The food and service were exceptional. I will definitely go back the next time we are in the area. Frog legs were delicious and so was the stuffed sole.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very reasonable prices. The owners are always welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant across the parking lot offers a delicious menu. Minutes away from both Alexandria Bay and Clayton.

My friend and I have been going to this Motel for several years. The rooms are clean the area is quiet and peaceful and in either direction from the motel there are towns and sights to see perfect for a family setting.

I called the owner of the hotel at 9 PM on the night I was hoping to stay because prior plans had fallen through. Although she wasn't on-site, she raced down from her home to greet us and show us to our room. The rooms are quaint, but clean; this is a great value for $49.00/night. The following morning, we enjoyed a cup of coffee with the owner. Above all else, that is what makes this a five-star review. She was warm, welcoming, and very conversational. As someone interested in learning about the culture of small towns around the USA, she offered me a unique and fun perspective. I would certainly stay here again.

I stayed here back in 2006.....This place was the most well ran...motel...I've ever seen...the owner is also a chef...He and his wife are great people...good vacation spot...

Stopped for the Friday Fish Fry. Everything was Great. Our server, Rebecca, was wonderful.

We came over on a visit from Northern Ireland had a great time ,food first class fish fry to die for 1000 island dressing a big hit wonderful people
