I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Williams, she is the most kind hearted doctors I have met. She is always willing to see me when I need to get in, her staff called and checked on me the day after being in the ER. She truly listens to my concerns. Wonderful woman and doctor!

Dr Williams is one of the few doctors that I trust. She is wonderful as a doctor And as a person. Absolutely love her. I wish she was my doctor again. I miss her so much!! 🙁

Dr.Donnette Williams is a nice and caring doctor along with Susan her nurse.
Waiting room is never packed like some of these offices and the receptionist is right there to get you in...

Dr. Williams is the ultimate professional. Efficient, friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable, takes her time and make you feel that she really cares. I highly recommend her. I'm new to the area and needed referrals to a orthopedic doctor and a gynaecologist. I'm over the moon with both the specialists that she recommended. I will trust her judgement on any issue I might have.

The offices are pleasant and her staff fall under the same category. Friendly and efficient.

When I left home, I thought I would never find another Doctor who was like family. Dr. Williams (and her staff) has taken the time again and again to make me better each and every visit by being caring and "loving". Putting on the right path to good health each and every time.

I'm new to the area and just went in as a new patient. No one really enjoys the doctors office but Dr Williams and her staff took thier time answering my questions and were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them! I even got a shot and barely felt it, great work ladies.

She was my PCP for 2 years until I moved out of state. Has an infinite store of patience and she can usually pinpoint your medical problem by the end of your office visit. Just wish she made hospital rounds as well.

I absolutely love Dr. Williams! She is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Unfortunately, I had a terrible encounter with her medical assistant today. The CMA was extremely rude the moment she walked into the room. She looked annoyed and frustrated with her job, but that doesn’t give her the right to take her anger out on me. I wasn’t feeling well and she made me feel even worse. No compassion or empathy whatsoever. I expressed this to Dr. Williams and appreciated her kindness and care. I hope the CMA gets proper training on how to speak to people. I work in healthcare also, and that is not how you treat people. Very unpleasant attitude and distasteful behavior. I lost trust in her service.

Did my research to find a doctor I liked to make an appointment so when called the office i spoke to Karen who was so rude. Karen hung up the phone on me as I was trying to find my insurance. There is no need to be rude to me a new patient just looking for a PCP. Karen you chose to work in the Healthcare field and should be more compassionate and empathic to patients just trying to find a doctor.
