This is my go to place for all of my pet supplies. I love their sales and my dogs absolutely love the treats that I get for them there. It is never disappointed me. Also love the fact I can order online and pick up either in store or curbside. I even love when they occasionally have the same day delivery for free. It saves me a trip to the store. I love their buy to get the third one free offer. This is what I use most of the time to buy my two dogs their treats. Thank you Petsmart.

Great help tonight. We needed new tags for our car and dog and I was having trouble with the machine. The woman at the counter was very helpful. My son loved seeing all the animals as well.

Beyond grateful for fitting our Bogie in today with a same day grooming appointment. Around 4 am he got sprayed by a skunk, we did our best with the smell but still had it on him. He’s home now relaxing, smells great, nails trimmed thanks to the staff here. Thank you so much and wish I remembered your names.

Tooky my kitty to get her nails trimmed during Yappy Hour. Grooming staff was great! Took all of 2 minutes and we were done.

Dave is the man!!! He is so knowledgeable when it comes to everything at pet smart, esp aquatic animals. They have everything you need here. Pets are welcome too!!

This PetSmart is always well staffed and well stocked. We buy all of our pet food here as the pricing is good. We use the rewards program and save on future purchases

We used the groomers for our Siberian Husky and ask for Meghan every time. She does a wonderful job with our girl, who can be quite a handful.

We use the grooming salon for our two dogs, they are very conscious and hard working groomers, they always do a great job with the dogs, even when my Simon acts up, they are very gentle and understanding.

I enjoy the wide selection of pet needs and wants here and the staff has always been gracious and professional

Took my dog in to get groomed. The grooming staff are all very nice and seem like they genuinely care about the animals. They even know some of them by name, because they're brought there frequently enough. I'll be taking my dog back to get groomed.

The staff here are extremely helpful and I can almost always find what I'm looking for. They also are really good at matching the online if that is not what the store is advertising.

Great training staff on hand for pups, usually have good sales on most dog food brands. They even have a great selection of dog treats and leashes/harnesses. Pretty good selection of bird toys and foods/treats. I can usually grab everything I need in one trip

Got my dog here, he is soo sweet and playful, got all of his toys and food very good place.

I take my pups here for grooming and training. First, I took my dog to Lawnside to get groomed because I had been using a girl who’s no longer there. Someone else did him and it was absolutely horrible. I called Berlin and they said bring him in. Erin took care of him and did amazing!!! That’s who he’s been seeing since. John who does the training is also amazing!! He takes him time with the dogs and Georgie has made great progress since starting. They have a great team over there! & I’d highly recommend.

Went in to get ID tag for my dog. Paid 10.99 for tag and engraving free while you watch at machine. Not bad. There were o ly 2 tags large enough to include dog name and phone number and no girl colors. Wanted pink or purple and ended up with red. Was either red or black.

PetSmart Berlin's grooming salon is a bit outdated and crowded but the dogs don't seem to care. The groomers are nice and treat the dogs very well and try to keep them calm and happy. My dog always looks cute when she's all finished.

Associates were polite and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. Was able to find guinea pig food, scoopable cat litter and dog treats for great prices in the clearance section. Bought two reasonably priced flea collars as well. Pet smart always has what I need for my pets when I need it. We have many different pets (turtle, large aquarium with fish, guinea pigs and cats) and I can count on PetSmart to have everything to keep our pets happy and healthy. I love being a member of the Pets Perks club because my points add up quick and I get money off my purchases frequently!

Staff very knowledgeable about fish and what you need to maintain them. Friendly and easy to ask questions before purchasing. Also made sure to tell us what size tank is needed for different fish and didn't just let us waste money.

PetSmart in Berlin NJ is a well kept store to purchase every item for your pets. Store associates are professional, friendly and courteous. Shelves are always stocked. Great job!
