Mavis Discount Tire

After leaving work I found a screw stuck in my tire causing it to slowly leak air and didn’t want to risk the 45 min drive home. I stopped here to get it fixed and was so impressed with how professional, helpful and efficient they were. Amazing customer service! I would recommend to anyone!

I recently visited Mavis Tire to get my car's AC fixed and to address a strange noise it was making. I am very satisfied with their work! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my concerns. They quickly diagnosed the issues and provided effective solutions. My husband has a dodge ram truck and had a large screw in his tire and they were able to fit him in even though they were very busy. Don and his crew were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.He was out of there in 15 minutes. We would definitely recommend them and be back for any of our tire needs.

I just want to tell you about a great experience I had today in your store in Berlin, NJ. I was immediately greeted by the Mgr. Dom Balducci, who was a able to get my car in for a tire repair and replacement of two lug nuts and wheel studs. He was very polite and respectful and informative. I left the car to give him as much time to get me in. It was a short time later he called and the car was ready. His technician Sal did a great job making the repairs and explaining to me the work that was completed. This is our third car we have brought to you for tires/repair. Many thanks again for excellent customer service!

Such a great store! Sal is an amazing mechanic. He has always done a great job and cares about the customers hes working for. Dom was the manager at the front desk, he was really nice and made sure my car got taken car of right away. This is the only place i will trust with my car!!

Had a blow out on my way to work. I thought I would have to get a new tire but Nick at Mavis told me it was only the seal. He fixed it quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Very reasonable price also

I had a screw lodged in my tire so I stopped by hopefully to get it patched up. I was greeted politely by Shanay who had her team look at it. Unfortunately, the tire was unable to be repaired but they put on my spare free of charge. Talk about hassle free service. I will definitely go back should I have any future tire issues. Highly recommend.

I had a bolt in my tire and I was trying to get to my next job and saw Mavis in Berlin NJ and I stopped to see if they could fix my tire. Not only did they fix it in recorded time they were awesome. Best place for car care. Had my brakes changed for a great price and now have lifetime warranty. The manager is super nice, the staff is friendly, and they are in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend for all your car care needs.

My tire sensor came on yesterday , there was a screw in my rear driver's side. I went to Mavis on my way home, PROMT service as if I had an appointment. Both managers were attentive attentive and courteous. I was in & out in less than 1/2 hr. On My way out the driveway I left my water bottle, the other manager ran it to my car. How about that for service? This was my first visit but I will definitely use you guys again. Great first impression. Thank you !!! 👍

I recently had a screw in my tire and the worker there named Zay was so incredibly helpful truly 10/10 service. I even offered to tip him but he respectfully declined.

I highly recommend this location, I brought in my Chrysler Crossfire on a Sunday afternoon before closing, they were able to plug two tires for a minimal charge.
They were friendly, professional with a fast service.
