Starbucks

Love my local Starbucks! New staff these days...I commend whoever is doing the training. Great friendly customer service. Lines can be long during the rush hours in the morning and late afternoon, as well as lunch time. However, they seem to be keeping up best they can with a smile!

This location went above and beyond my wildest dreams. Naz was outstanding and an incredible employee. Need to find more members like her!!!!

I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha (h) this afternoon and it was one of the best I have had. Well balanced on all flavors. So much so it made my wife drive up to the Starbucks and get one for herself. Great job team, keep up the great work.

The store was open today apparently they had a issue with the drains in the store yesterday, and it looked like a remarkable job they did cleaning , you couldn't tell there was an issue, only smelled of fresh coffee. Julia

Jillian saved me from having to drive to a Starbucks I incorrectly ordered from. One drink was for my spouse, who had a cold. When I come here, everyone is pleasant and this evening Jillian went above and beyond to make things right. Kudos.

I haven't induldged in a minute. Today was a treat to me Indeed. This VT Pineapple Dragonfruit w/ Lemonade is 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Think I'm hooked. Misión completed...I am truly Refreshed!!!

Drive thru can get backed up because it's a busy location. But they work through orders quickly and are always super nice and friendly. My dog got her first puppuccino.

Update! If you ever have any issues, please let them know. They're customer service is fantastic. They were super friendly and went above and beyond for me! Thanks again for the great service and coffee!

They have uncut Cold Brew! The staff is friendly and professional. Not as much hustle as some of the greater Starbucks I've been to however they did give me my cold brew in under 5 minutes. 5 out of five starbucks! I'll be back again soon!

If there was a Heaven on Earth, Starbucks is what it would be called!

As a frequent visitor to my fair share of Starbucks locations I can truthfully say that this was one the most painless coffee retrieval experiences that I have had as of recently.

I live in an area where there aren't a lot of coffee options so venturing out to a Starbucks location by me almost always entails at least a thirty minute wait—which for most is a painfully long time to wait in a drive thru.
Of course this all depends on when you decide you want to make a coffee run as busier times, always mean longer waits. But I can accurately estimate that there has only been a handful of times that I have waited less than thirty minutes in the drive thru line at a Starbucks (mostly by me, but at other locations as well).

With that being said, like many of the Starbucks reviews that I have written, I cannot speak on the innards of this location as I have only every taken a trip through the drive thru. But what I can say is that not only are the employees here very friendly, but also accurate when it comes to receiving what you've ordered.
But wait, there's more! I'm sure a Sunday evening isn't a time where most people would be yearning to fulfill their daily Starbucks quota, and that's perfectly fine but I was nearby so I said "hey why not?". To my complete surprise, there was maybe like three or so cars in line before me, and I think I literally waited no more than five minutes from the point of waiting in line to sipping on my coffee. By far the fastest I've made it through a Starbucks drive thru since what seems like forever.

This location is also mushed into an area with many other offerings, whether it be groceries, lunch, miscellaneous shopping, etc. You have access to all of these things, as well as getting your daily caffeine fix—all in one convenient area. Yay for adulting, and yay to you for doing what you do.

When all is said and done, I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly and overall quick accurate coffee service.

The water here is phenomenally delicious. Highly recommend.

I am here now in fact...I got here at 7:00 a.m. and all was running smoothly. The restrooms were clean and attractive looking with a new sort of interesting powerful hand dryer that looked like a gunmetal grey metal box attached to the wall.Starbucks is always one of my favorite places to go whether to just pick up things or to spend some time at. Today I have had a bagel sandwich that I have put together .myself with a toasted bagel of Starbucks ,some really great avocado spread from ,Starbucks,some of there salami and cheese cold cuts,..all very good and fresh.One of my favorite teas at Starbucks is the white peach and lemonade iced tea (which I am drinking now ...and it is as great as ever)One of my favorite brewed coffees is the Veranda blend with sugar in the raw (and sometimes cream)...but so many things are good at Starbucks. you really can't go wrong.

Amazing location! I don't know if these people who've had negative experiences have come in on off days, or when they're slammed with not a lot of workers (which I've seen a few times), but they are usually very friendly and never rude. You can tell they are trying their best when they are busy, and I understand not being able to stop, talk and be smiling every moment. They do such a good job and are very helpful with every question I have had in the past. I'd reccomend them over all the other locations any day!

I like Starbucks cuz it's always generally good customer service and the product is. I like if you do have a problem they fix it with a smile I do like that a lot actually. I've never had bad service at Starbucks maybe a little plane but never bad service. I love the product but definitely overpriced.

Great and quick service at this location. It was nice to sit out on the patio as well. There's lots of seating and enough baristas to accommodate the crowd. It's a pretty busy store, but a great location.

Highly recommended for a Starbucks!

Always good coffee and great service...Line for drive thru get long
sometimes and backs up into the Meijer drive, but hey...I like a lot of cream, so I ask for it to be steamed, there always more then happy to do so. This insures my coffee is piping hot. Thanks for the extra care.

We stopped in at this Starbucks and got specialty drinks, just what we wanted and DELISH! But on top of that, I left my purse on a chair at the store, and the store manager tracked me down and sent it back to me. Shout out to Claudia and her team for terrific customer service! I will be back!!!
