I had dealt with AMBER and let me tell you, she went above and beyond for me. Making sure she let me know all the rules and regulations. Her customer service has been more than I ever excepted as a customer service representative myself (which can be difficult for someone who is in the same feild). She should be recognized company wide for setting a spectacular example of what amazing customer service is all about. The customer! 😁 I cant praise her enough. I was going through a hard season in my life and her demeanor was so uplifting that it changed my whole day and made me feel like there was hope for humanity once again. I am forever grateful for you Amber. Thank you for being the awesome person that u are. I hope this review gets to corporate, and u get the recognition u deserve!! I cant thank you enough! 😁

Wonderful experience with a young lady named Amber at the Perry Ohio storage units. Amazing prices and quality service. She goes above and beyond . Thank you very much for having such an inviting staff with such wonderful outstanding personality. Look forward to business in the future.

So I have been with this location for many years. It is under new management now. I don't like change, however, the new property manager Amber W. is amazing. She is still new but totally on top of her game. If I could leave 6 stars this would be it! Highly recommend if you need a great storage place with excellent service.

I stopped by SecureCare self storage to get some information about temporary storage while moving residences. I spoke to Amber who was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful, as well as friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the facility, as well as giving great tips on storage; for example, if you’re storing clothes with household items place the clothes in last so that they’re easily accessible if the weather changes before your items are retrieved. I recommend speaking to Amber about your storage needs.

Was at the SecurCare Self Storage on North Ridge Rd in Perry today. Amber W. Is the new property manager. She is absolutely great. Thorough, professional, and above all friendly. If you are looking for a storage unit see Amber. She's the best!!°

Great storage for a long period of time. I had majority of my house in storage for a couple year, close to 3 maybe. Everything was kept dry and all my items were in excellent condition. Also had a couple times where I had missed payments and they worked with me to keep my items from being auctioned off. I had great experience with Sunshine and she helped me tremendously. Would highly recommend storing my things here again.

Amber, the new Property manager, is fantastic. She greets you with a smile which I find very inviting.

Sunshine (office staff) is very personable! Friendly, polite and just a nice person to talk to! The facility is convenient, clean & access is easy even with nasty snows in NE Ohio.

Sunshine provides some of the best customer service. Between helping me with my first time using a storage unit and answering all my silly questions to helping me and my siblings deal with a complicated situation as a result of a family member passing she has been so helpful and gracious. Convenient location at the time in need. Last minute rush and Sunshine was extremely helpful from the very beginning to the very end. Felt comfortable with the grounds and security, and Sunshine often walked the premises as well. Definitely recommend this location. Thank you for everything!

Purchased some storage lockers that were sent to auction. Many times when arriving as a winner you are treated as extra work. The smiling face that greeted us was the appropriately name Sunshine. She was very helpful and accommodating. I fell into a situation of having too much stuff to haul away at once, much of it being scrap metal and dumpster worthy. I asked sunshine if I may rent a locker to store the refuse and I would come back to clear it out. She was accommodating, but instead, going way above and beyond, within 45mins she found me a gentleman who scraps metal for a living while also doing refuse removal. She even held the money to pay him once the job was completed. If I ever get to the point where I open a storage facility, you better believe I’m sniping Sunshine away. Thank you!

Website was easy to navigate and provided enough information for me to make a reservation. In-person, the manager, Sunshine Kimmel, was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She showed me my storage parking space and explained all procedures and security features before I committed to paying the first month's rent for an 8' x 35' parking space. No pressure to sign the lease, which is quite lengthy, right there. Sunshine emailed the lease and asked that I review and sign it electronically by the end of the day. I was able to go home and take my time reviewing the lease before signing it and submitting it electronically. Also, the facility, especially the showroom and office area, was well-kept and clean. You could tell that care is taken to keep the facility maintained for its customers. I'd recommend this business to my family, friends, and co-workers.
