Shangri-La Dispensary - Monroe West

I accidentally made a pick-up order for the location opposite of which I was at so when I got to where I actually needed to be, I got to the counter and gave my ID & information and when my order was read off to me I quickly realized I needed to make a change as I ordered the wrong product. The clerk was very understanding with my mistake and got the correct product ordered and swapped out. Would recommend this place to any one on the hunt for a good local spot.

I bought gummies and I got home and this was in my bag so that was a fail guys.
I called and spoke to a representative that told me they don't do exchanges. So I'm stuck with a useless CBD product that I didn't order. Won't be shopping here again.

Molli was AWESOME!! She educated me on my selection and even introduced me to a new product that I look forward to purchasing in the near future. All of the staff members I talked to from entering the front door to exiting the side door, the business and customer service was AMAZING!!! I will be back soon. 😊😊

First time going to this dispensary and it was very nice the service was professional and everyone is courteous. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Molli and the crew for making it such a great experience.

First time coming into Shangri-La West, I’m sorry I didn’t do it sooner! Everybody was super cool and Robert hooked it up! They had a good selection and decent prices. I will definitely be back!!

Had a little situation with an online order I did the day before. They said they would honor the price that was on my receipt from my online order from the day before even though it was no longer on sale of the day of the pick up. Columbia care did not honor theirs. They made
me pay full price.

I have been here twice now and every member of the staff I have dealt with has been super nice and beyond helpful. They have good product, cheap prices, and the staff is awesome. Thats what I call a win win situation. I think the dude that helped me was named Darius? If you got questions go see this dude.

I normally go to the Shangri-La on the opposite side of the highway, but decided to visit this one due to a deal going on at the time and this location had a better selection of product for that deal. The atmosphere in the Shangri-La’s are just top notch. I don’t feel intimidated like I do when I go to Columbia Care. This location and the other down the road are my go to! Staff was super friendly as well. 100% recommend.

The staff was super friendly and super helpful. It was mult first time at a store period and was nervous about it but by the time I left I felt like I made friends lol. They were just so nice. Also the guard was not intimidating people either. He sat their quietly playing a game on his phone or something. It's a very easy place to be!
