The Landing Dispensary

I visited the dispensary for an interview today and ended up staying after to make a purchase and see their process. This review may sound like I'm sucking up in hopes they hire me but it's also true.

The vibes were immaculate as they say. The process of checking in and getting brought back to where the magic happens was smooth. Every single person I interacted with was lovely and had a great personality.

The person who helped me shop was Jen and she was great! Personable, informative and helpful when I asked for recommendations. She set me up with the deal of the day and I felt well taken care of. She got me to spend more than I planned to and I wasn't mad about it 🙌🏼.

I also loved that this place had seating in the waiting room and back in the show room as well. That's a lovely touch for those that need it! Especially given some of the medical customers they'd have. It seems basic but I've seen dispensaries without that. Great experience all around!

Every time I go to The Landing I always Have Zach he is the best helps so much I love the product the prices are a Little bit much, the tax the crap out of us but it is the best experience I had going, I went to the one behind there in Monroe and I was there like 3 hrs at the landing your in and out!!!!!

We were nervous and apprehensive as first timers to a dispensary but I thought the experience was really cool. The setup is interesting for sure. But Casey was so kind, quick to answer any questions we had, very patient with us as we worked together to figure out what we wanted vs what we didnt. She had great input on items she had used and preferred. I would definitely recommend The Landing, and we have big plans to go back!

Always a pleasant experience down at the Landing in Monroe! Staff will always greet you with a smile and will help you with any questions you might have. Connor, Chelsea and all the others are always so helpful. If you’re overwhelmed from all the different choices, go see these guys.

Best dispensary in the area! They always have a great selection and the team is educated and ready to help. The new hours are very accommodating, and online ordering is easy. Chill vibes! Eli is always helping with any questions I may have. Thank you all for being awesome.

I recently visited The Landing in Monroe, and my experience was exceptional! Right from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly staff ready to assist. The knowledgeable budtender took the time to understand my needs and recommended some fantastic strains, highlighting their unique effects and benefits. The selection was impressive, featuring top-shelf flower, edibles, and concentrates, all clearly labeled and organized. I particularly loved their commitment to quality, with lab-tested products ensuring safety and potency. The shop was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable shopping experience. I left feeling educated and satisfied, and I can’t wait to return for another fantastic experience!

Everyone is super welcoming! Quick check in with Conner who was super funny. Zach the host mentioned sales to look out for. Once in the back, I was greeted by Jen with a friendly smile and she let me know where I needed to go. Emma checked me out and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It’s was a great experience, everyone was very nice and welcoming. I’d definitely go again and recommend them to my friends and family. Also Ben is the one who ringed me out that man needs a raise. He was so nice and very respectful.

Every time I go I have a great experience because every worker is kind and personable ,while looking too meet your personal needs in product . Amazing place and it’s quite a vibe inside. Customer service is top notch. Everyone is really friendly and fun to interact with. They always have a great selection of inventory and good sales. I drive the extra 10 minutes to go here rather than Ethos in Lebanon.

I stopped for the first time last Friday a few minutes before they stopped accepting new patients. The staff was extremely friendly and Zach went above and beyond to answer my questions and make recommendations. He never once made me feel rushed even though closing was coming fast. I truly appreciated that and will definitely be back.

Yes, this is the best one and you should go here if you are unsure. Jen and the rest of the staff made my first visit as perfect experience as I spent all those years imagining it would be. Welcoming and friendly, knowledge and eager to help, and most of all efficient. On the hassle scale, this was about on par with buying a drink at a gas station when there is no line. First recreational purchase may have only taken about 10 minutes, but will always be memorable for being as laid back and stress free as I had always hoped it would be. Not to mention the last guy I bought from definitely didn’t have laminated menus with 20+ options and profiles on each of them. A new age is upon us.

So many great options to choose from and a knowledgeable staff that will match you with what works best for you. Great energy and the vibes from this place are unmatched!

My partner and I came in on a whim and we are so glad we did. I didn't really know what to expect. The facility itself was very clean and felt new and modern, but as soon as we stepped in we were greeted with a very friendly receptionist that got us signed in and explained some general information and more specific regulations.

(Side note make sure you have your id, they will verify it multiple times including check in, so I don't think you'll get it w/o one so after working the BMV double check yours is valid otherwise I don't think you'll get in)

We were almost immediately set up with someone to take us back to the sales floor
and then met the person that would be handling the transition, Jen. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and informative. I don't know if you can request anyone but if you do manage to get Jen you're in for a wonderful trip. We definitely will be coming back.

Really only con I can think of is parking? The lot isn't huge and from the general chit chat with Jen it sounds like they can very busy at times but we never felt rushed during our trip 🤷🏼‍♂

First time shopping here today and it was awesome! Chelsea was great and she helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She made some amazing recommendations and walked us through the entire process. Will be going back for sure!

This place is great. Staff was very kind and helpful. I had an idea about what I wanted going in. But one of the salesmen, Zach, was able to recommend something better for my needs and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

This was my first time shopping recreational. I had Tia as my budtender. She was fantastic and made me feel welcome and made sure i got what i was looking for. Will 100% be back. Set up is also very simple and easy!

I had the pleasure to meet Jen and the Landing team today. Being the 2nd day of recreational sales I knew as a med patient it was going to take some time to get me through. They ended up giving me one of my quickest most memorable experience. Great work people and culture! Definitely coming back
