They took care of every step of the process from dealing with the insurance people, to submitting pictures and paperwork. Mike was here when the insurance man came out to inspect the work needed and made sure the damage was assessed correctly. On the day of the install, the team showed up on time, on the original date set, and completed the job in the time agreed. The area was left completely clean and free of all debris. The color and materials were exactly what we agreed on and the final product looks beautiful.

We love our roof 😃😃. Our house is 2000sqft I can’t believe they finished it all in 1 day. No mess and I did not have to replace my gutters. They were careful with doing the work. Not a lot of roofing companies will automatically put 50yr shingles. They do things right from the beginning. Not only do they do roofs but also siding. I like when companies use good quality material that says a lot. Very professional I like that too. We did go with a local credit union in belvidere for financing open to belvidere residents only(ABD fed. ). They were a life saver. Glad we got it done, no roof for a while. Also they warranty their stuff for a long time.

These guys were amazing! They showed up with a professional attitude and a smile for my first new roof with them. Their work was quality and timely. The day had some intrepid weather yet they powered through or worked around it. Their estimate was in the average range so their positive attitudes and obvious good work ethic showed this was the right choice for certain. Also, I could not believe how they maneuvered their truck through the obstacle course of my back yard! The results were outstanding. You could actually feel the building was more sound after their roofing. Definitely a positive experience all around. Would definitely recommend them. Great job!

These gentlemen are very polite, caring and very professional. They removed two leaky skylights and you can’t even tell they were any skylights in the roof. No mess for me to clean up. I was incredibly happy with the job Sombrero Roofing did on my house! They really listened to what I wanted and needed and make it happen in a timely manner. The workers were very respectful and hard working. A roof is a huge investment and they made me feel very comfortable with my purchase and that the job was done right. I hired Sombreros Roofing to replace sections of my roof that were failed or failing. I researched roofing companies in my area and contacted all of them. Sombreros was able to come out the same day I contacted them to look at the project and I received a very reasonable estimate for the work a couple of days later. The other companies I contacted made it seem like it was a burden to even give me an estimate. This was not a small job even though it was only two sections of roofing on two buildings. Even though these guys had a ton of other work already ongoing, they found the time to squeeze in my project before the end of the season. One section of roofing was completely failed and covered in black mold. That section needed to be completely replaced. The other section need to be stripped, re-shingled, and have the skylights re-flashed. They also put on a new ridge vent. The work was done in a timely manner and all the debris was cleaned up. The guys put in some extra effort and cleaned out the gutters that were full of asphalt, removed a giant ancient antenna, and removed some old heating wire that was decommissioned years ago. The estimate was spot on and there were no additional charges for the extra work they did. Overall, Sombreros Roofing did an excellent job on my project from start to finish; I couldn't be happier with the work they did. These are great guys that do great work!
