2024- JM just did a second roof for us, the crews worked hard even in the heat! The roof, shutters, and gutters all look great! They did a great job cleaning up the area, even having the guy the next day that picked up the extra materials run the magnet around. We haven't found any nails or debris in the area.

2017 -Justin and crew did a great job. Halfway threw the project an unexpected storm blew in quickly, they upgraded my felt for free to a synthetic to protect the house during the storm. The guys were on the roof finishing just as the rain started. The crews were on time and polite the entire project.

Our house was in need of all new windows and a patio door, the process from ordering to completion was a breeze. Brian, sales manager and Tristin, operation manager from JM Construction were great to work with. The installation crew, Corey and Spencer arrived on time and got right to work, never stopping for a lunch. Both were great, very meticulous and boy can Corey caulk, I’ve never seen a better job! The house already seems warmer and quieter. I would highly recommend this company.

I have replaced several roofs on my homes over the years. Justin and his company were the most courteous and professional I have worked with. I was the buyer of a house that had hail damage during June '23 storm. My inspector found damage, so sellers insurance company accessed damage and approved claim for roof and gutters. Even though I had not taken possession of property yet, Justin kept me informed every step of the way. He had a deadline to meet during the break in the weather in Feb '24 and he met it due to his and crews hard work. I would recommend JM Construction highly.

Very professional and always got back to me as soon as they could.. Raice was who I dealt with and was very kind and easy to work with. I will be recommending him and this company whenever asked for construction needs.. I had my siding installed and looks amazing and was done in a good time manner. Job site was always cleaned and well taken care of. Very satisfied..

Contacted JM for a quote on roofs, siding and windows on house and garage. Salesperson, Raice came out and looked over everything and got back to me the next day with my quote. Business is business, but Raice literally dealt with my back and forth questions WHENEVER I had them and gave me his recommendations on the project. Even if it meant NOT having something done. Even took time to talk to me about concerns I had BEFORE the work started to put my mind at ease. Truly a stand-up guy! I have another garage in the works and I know exactly where I'll be going.

I highly recommend JM Construction! They sided our family home which has historical value. Jeremy was meticulous in maintaining the integrity of the house and surpassed our expectations! He and his crew were considerate, and the work site was cleaned up after each day. All were professional and very detail oriented, on time, and answered our questions readily. Our friend remarked that the house was a work of art with no details missing.

We chose Jm construction to replace our roof from this years hail storm, from the sale team taking phone calls anytime we had questions, to the crew picking up every nail. The attention to detail really shows I would highly recommend this company for your exterior needs. 10/10

Brian and Justin came out for my roof estimate. I had a couple of other estimates. What makes them stand out is they care about their customers! They take pride in the work they do. Roof work was done in 1 day, showed up as promised. Great roofers who did the job.
I loved the fact that when the job was done they had someone come back and inspect the roofing job to make sure all looked good! I would give them an A++ rating for sure!
Also support staff is awesome as well!

We had JM Construction Group replace our roof last week. From the sales contact to the crews that showed up for the installation, all were impressive. Our sales contact showed up as promised and kept us apprised of times and dates. We have a large ranch style house with out buildings and they promised to remove the old roof, install the new roof and clean up afterwards in one day. They were careful and made every effort to keep the house and building perimeter undamaged. That team gets an A+ in our book!

Very efficient. No one could find my leak problem and Justin found and fixed all within 24 hours. Highly highly recommend. I am a single women and have been having to call and call and no one would respond or come out. I will always be a returning customer!

JM construction did a wonderful job of my home. I had extensive work performed. A complete new roof with a build out on one of the sides of my house as water was getting inside. I had new siding replaced and seamless gutters added. The owner was there every day with his workers making sure the job was getting done to my satisfaction. JM construction added new windows and a sliding patio door. The look inside and out is spectacular. They did a great job. Clean, courteous and professional. I recommend them to any service you are looking for. I will use them in the future for a few more windows and sliding doors updates.

JM Construction replaced the roof of our condo building in downtown Rockford. We chose JM because they came highly recommended from two different acquaintances and we couldn’t be more happy with their work. JM was very punctual every step of the way from the initial meeting to provide us an estimate through their final visit as the project concluded. I was very impressed with the owner, Justin’s, involvement with the project and his repeated check-ins with us ensuring that we were kept in the loop throughout the duration. The summary of our experience is that JM did what they said they were going to by exceeding the expectations that were set. A rare concept in today’s world of home repair.

Brian is a really genuine, truthful and honest business owner. He found away to work with me so that can replace my roof in stages so I afford the cost. If it was not fir him I would not have been able to get my much needed roof replacements done. His crews are very responsible and do their job well . The process is easy and Brian is very involved with the whole process from beginning to end. He truly wants his customers to be totally satisfied. My neighbors even were impressed with the work and excellent clean up done on my house they asked for their card! I would give them a ten star rating!

We hired JM Construction to do our Roof and Gutters. They were here for 3 days ( it would have taken 2 days but we had a day of rain) The crew paid attention to detail and made sure they left my yard clear of nails and debris. They did a great job on out Roof and Gutters. I would highly recommend JM Construction!

Justin and his crew have done great work for me, I highly recommend them! Jm construction has done metal and asphalt roofs for me both turned out great! Their warranty’s on both products were great and they also had financing options to help me out! Highly recommend!!!

Justin and his guys did a great job. We had them do our roof and gutters from storm damage. They also did all of our siding. They do great work and do a great job with cleaning up nails and other debris. I would highly recommend them for any job. Thanks again Justin for the great work.

JM Construction did an amazing job on my roof! Got it done in a timely manner and the clean up was immaculate! Any questions I had, Justin was a phone call away. Will be calling them for new windows this year! My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work they did!
