Busted a driveshaft a mile before exit 82. Besides his uncle tearing me a new one with tow costs, the owner was friendly, informative, and had everything repaired and new shaft put in at a low cost. I would recommend any one to come here because of his genuine attitude.

I was in the Columbia, SC area from out of town on a week long golf trip driving up interstate 26 when I had a caliper lock up on my Toyota Rav 4. Thankfully I was only a few miles away from the golf course where I limped it in with an extremely hot drivers side front brake. After searching google maps for local repair shops I found Craig Hipp’s shop was located less than a mile away. I called to see if they could take a look at my vehicle and was told to bring it over to get looked at. After pulling off the tire and determining that in fact it was a completely locked up front caliper they got on trying to find the replacement parts. At no fault of their own the soonest they could get the parts in were in two days time. I left the vehicle at the shop and in two days the parts were in, and the brakes were fixed. Not only were the brakes fixed in a timely manner, but the cost of repair was more than fair. They had an opportunity to take advantage of an out of towner passing through, and they DID NOT. They are fair, honest, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any service they offer whether you live local or are just passing through. If I lived local they would get all of my business. As a retired PA State Trooper I have seen the dirty schemes towing/repair shops pull on out of town people that break down. This is not that kind of business. You can rest assured that they will do the work properly at a reasonable and fair price.

Great service at more than fair prices. I bobtailed over from the Pilot and Craig got me back up and on the road in a jiffy. Old school work (like it used to be) better and much quicker than major chain truck stops.

My wife and daughter had a flat tire 2.5 hrs away from their destination. Roadside assistance was going to be over 2 hrs. Googled tire locations and Craig Hipps came up right across the street. He walked over and changed my wifes tire and patched a screw hole and got them back on the road safely. Great genuine guy who was able to offer assistance when he didn't even have to. Guys got my truck in and out. If your near by and need your commercial truck service this Is the place to call. They came and tow us from Love's. I had another truck pick up the current load we were back the next day and if they had it ready for us. Rest Assure Transportation. Prices are fair.

Semi truck steer tire caught fire. The owner Michael Hipp showed up and took my truck to the shop. He went above and beyond to find the parts and get me out the same day. Even when the rest of his crew left him all alone and went home instead of staying to help get it done faster. He did good work. The price wasn't unfair and he was nice and professional. I can't say that about alot of repair shops or the people who work there. He'd be my go to repair shop of I lived near here.

I just want to thank Craig and his team for helping out me and my family this evening. We had caught a flat in a bad spot where a wreck happened. We were coming back from vacation with little to no money left .He waved the tow and got us a better spare tire. These are truly some great stand up people through and through.
