I visit this location every morning, the staff is always in good spirits and the coffee is fantastic! For a new store, they are certainly doing their best and it shows! Keep up the good work ladies and bro :)

The workers at the new Starbucks in MP are very professional and kind! I went at 5 am and they were all smiles for me!

Great experience with just opening up. Very delicious food and servings are worth it.

The early morning batistas are great, but the afternoon crew are not friendly at all. EVERY time we've gone, our drinks have been wrong or they don't taste good.(ordered a hot and got a frozen, ordered a venti and got a grande, our drinks taste VERY watered down, got a Double Chocolaty Chip Creme Frappuccino instead of a Mocha Cookie Crumble, or drinks have been missing all of the ingredients, ie. Mocha Cookie Crumble with no mocha drizzle or crumbled cookies). I understand it's a new store, and they are still learning, but these are expensive mistakes that are continuously happening. The time I told them one drink was supposed to be hot and not frozen, one young man was very apologetic and the girl he asked to fix it, rolled her eyes at him. When I'm in the drive-thru or someone picks up my drinks, I don't have time to go back and ask for a new drink when they are wrong.

The new one in mt pleasant the music is so loud you can’t hear the workers it’s like it is a dance club. My husband ordered food on the app and 45 MINUTES later he finally got it. It is just horrible and I will probably ly not come back. Just sad

Building looks great, I'm not sure what happened with the staff though. The employee I ran into was relatively rude. I had questions about something and she became real snappy and judgemental lol.
