Love this place! Erica helped me understand my bill and broke down everything for me so i could understand it all. We were able to update my plan to get me unlimited internet on my phone and set me up with hulu and disney which saved me more money getting through them! Thanks for everything! i recommend to everyone

I cannot say enough positive things about Dakota at the Mount Pleasant Verizon store! My husband and I went in to the store looking to upgrade and not only did Dakota get us the newest phones, but he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the price. We got the S24 Ultras for only $10 a month!

Manager worked on my IPhone and got the Sim card working, even though there were problems with the system and it went into a loading mode for 10 minutes or more, 6 times. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for him.

Overall, my experience at the Mount Pleasant Verizon was exceptional. Dakota was very friendly and helped me save my phone number from my previous carrier. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch wireless services.

I called to ask about a phone upgrade and for help on how to do it online. Sasha was able to help me with the all information I needed. I decided to stop into the store so he could help me with the upgrade. He was able to get me a good deal for my phone and it only raised my bill $1!
