Hop Notch Brewing Co.

Our party stopped at Hop Notch on a tour of the area. We were immediately impressed by the laid-back feel of the brewery and the excellent service. We tried flights of beer, including Hop Notch's own pumpkin beer. The pizzas were freshly made and a perfect accompaniment to the beers. Really cool vibe and a great place to hang with friends.

Great place. Beautiful old (and new) barn. Still working on getting there own beers, but large selection of local beer. As well as local spirits. Pizza is available if hungry, but that does take up liquid space. Owner is all hands on and hope for his success!

My new favorite brewery!!! Nice setting. Plenty of beers to select from and lots of room for larger parties. Dart boards, and pool tables upstairs. I loved the upper deck! This is a must stop! 🍺🍻

Great selection of beer and cocktails. 10/10 dog, Brewski is the man. This is an excellent location with plenty of activities: darts, pool, etc. They make a decent pizza and it’s super laid back. Great place to chill and have a couple good local beers.

Though this place doesn't have their own beer yet,that is about a month away they do have a great selection of Beer, wine and a few cocktails & pizza. A very relaxing atmosphere, awesome staff including Jeff the owner his mother Melissa 🍻 a great place to hang out!!!!!! Forgot to mention the sleepy greater in training Brewster

Fun brewery with neighborhood pub feel. Cute pooch on premises is an added bonus. The owner is engaging and personable. He doesn't need to brew his own beer, he's got a good thing going as is. Cauliflower crust pizza is very yummy (cannot taste that it's cauliflower).

Okay, not a brewery, at least not now. Lots of people here, lots of taps. Prices good, and a great location. Dogs are very welcome so that puts it to the top of the list. Okay the bar hops are also the cooks, very good I have to say. The bat area it very nice, reuse of a old barn, so.... Everything looks really good for a local bar/brewery so I really have to give kodo's to them. Oh, by the way, dog friendly and the bar dog is so sweet, "a four legged food taster".

My new favorite brewery. Great selection of local beers, great atmosphere. Their brew dog is the sweetest. The owner is a truly nice guy. Highly recommend!

Hop Notch was a cool spot off the beaten path well worth a visit. We stopped in for a quick beer last minute on a Friday early evening. Bartender was friendly and the atmosphere was great. Beware of Brewski, the Golden puppy who is a real heart breaker. He greated us at the door and we couldn't have been happier to share a beer. I'll stop back in next time

Hello from the great white North!

My gal pals and I visited Jeff and Brewster on October 23, 2022. We were visiting from Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Canada (we come to the Finger Lakes annually.) After spending 2 full days visiting 10 or more wineries/breweries, we found this gem of a hot spot off the beaten trail. By far, we mutually agreed that this was our favourite stop along our journey. The pumpkin beer rimmed with sugar and cider were clear winners!

Jeff had only been open for 24 days on the day we visited, so he had not established a "Happy Hour". However, we will definitely return in the near future see his success, and what's new on the menu.

This brewery has many different options to entertain the guests, a pool table, darts, wide screen TV, a sweet puppy, chickens that roam the property and fresh popcorn; it's also dog friendly.

Good selection of local beers, great atmosphere. The brew dog is so friendly you'd think he was on the payroll. Darts, billiards, and an assortment of outside games.

No house beers on tap but lots of local and regional drafts and pizza. Great atmosphere, service and beer. Pizza is ok.

Great atmosphere. Beautiful inside. The dog will meet you at the door and make you feel at home. Pizza and drinks are great.

Went in opening weekend. Not brewing their own beer yet, but excellent selection of local beer on tap. Cauliflower crust pizza was delicious.

It was awesome seeing old High School friends at Hop Notch! The band from Ohio was outstanding!!

Very friendly environment. Great selection of adult beverages and a view from the deck, especially at sunset, that will blow you away.
