A great team here. So pleasant and informative. When I need answers to question, I get them at Target CVS from staff and pharmacists. If you must go to a pharmacy pick the best. THIS is the best.

I have a med thats required to be filled only 30 days. Today was that day. They tried telling mw i had to wait until tomorrow. I wouls have no med while I'm at work. Such bs is this.

Just about impossible to get anything done through this CVS. I had to place three calls three different days JUST to get a medication transferred and in order to get it done, I had to call a DIFFERENT CVS. They have a system where you have to leave a voicemail, my voicemail was completely ignored the first call and I had to walk whoever called me through what I wanted. They kept asking me questions unrelated to the medications I was discussing. About a month ago I was told a med would be ready in 15 minutes, I came back and was told actually it was 30, despite my having the text proving my medication was ready. They then went to get my medication for me.

More than 2 business days still no update on my RX Friday I was never advised it was not in stock..... then they told me no orders until Monday but it was on order.... I call Monday and get a voice mail on an unsecured mailbox from Michelle from CVS in target in Elmira NY that the RX is ready after 2pm.... I shown up at 6 with 2 employees who know nothing.... the pharmacist very combative with me along with other customers about the line formation... clearly understaffed I waited in line for 20+ mins to be told by the pharmacist who is ringing customers out they do not l have my RX... she refuses to assist me no idea why I got a call the RX still was not filled... I am highly upset about this pharmacist unwilling to create a resolution just offered to transfer the RX.... so even your pharmacy staff wants customers to seek different pharmacies. The woman advised she has no access to see if it is on order she said she has no access to check other CVS inventory in the area. So CVS does not provide their employees with any tools to assit customers... complete unwillingness to help... I want a write up for these agents they have NO respect for anyone's time... I want action taken... I want my RX or be told its not coming not waste 45-1hr of my time driving to this pharmacy to be straight up lied to.. I played the VM to the pharmacist and still not willing to help.. She acts like they hates their jobs my question is why did they choose to be in customer service as they should not be in Customer service... that is your business and you have no care for patients or their wellbeing. I expect a follow up and will be leaving multiple reviews through multiple sites regarding my horrible experience.

When a person places there meds for refill they need to be done when they say they will be ready. Plus people don't have 30-45 minutes to spend waiting for there meds when they are suppose to be ready. Also a little friendlier lady needs to help people instead of arguing with customer and being rude. Thank God when I checked out a nicer cashier waited on me.

Since the good pharmacist left, there is only one person who is knowledgeable and helpful. Of the 3 people with whom I have recently interacted, 2 are completely unhelpful, unknowledgeable, untrained, or just stupid- and the third person refused to help me even though she knew what to do, and complained that helping me and providing vaccines was keeping her from all the other things she had to do. The worst customer service imaginable,

Great service, but a smile or two would be a huge improvement.
Recently (07/02/23) this place is in major decline. The last two occasions I have been there in the last three weeks their IT systems have been down, and the last time the pharmacist had locked the keys inside the pharmacy and they couldn't access the drugs! Seems like total confusion and exceedingly poor service these days. Also all the excellent staff are not there anymore (Don and crew) ...WHAT IS GOING ON?

I had several issues with the accuracy of my prescriptions due to incompetencies. I would be given several explanations which were all incorrect based on my insurance plan. I honestly don’t think the representative knew and was hoping I didn’t either.

Check you meds before you leave the counter. These people don't seem to be able to understand that NO CHILD PROOF CAP means NO CHILD PROOF CAP. This is the third time in a row this has happened. Terrible customer service.

Not great. They are rude, and for some reason, they can't refill an important medication claiming, "You must be taking more than prescribed." There are some serious issues here.

According to drugs.com, a new generic is out for my medication, so I spoke with Ashley, hoping CVS could get it for me. Unfortunately, I was cut off twice when I tried to ask if she could look up the drug independently. She just kept saying, getting more stern each time "there is no generic for this drug". Like I couldn't understand her the first time. There isn't any humility there, so why be a pharmacist?

I've been getting automated marketing calls every day since switching my prescriptions to them, with no option to stop the calls from occurring.
I have blocked their number and will be going to a different pharmacy from now on.
