McDonald's

I got a 20 piece MC nuggets and a 10 piece last night they weren’t fully cooked and I’m not mad about it because I do understand that being under staff and etc…I don’t want my money back or a free meal! We didn’t get sick from it but I just want to let you guys know because not many people like me would understand the situation lol! I never had a problem with you guys always great service every time I order from here! :)

The McDonalds across from the Arnot Mall on Chambers Rd is probably the cleanest and best McDonalds food in the area of all of the local ones. The bathrooms are clean, dining room is almost always clean, and the food is great for McDonalds food.

The drive-thru lines are kind of long but that also depends on what time you go the food is always nice and hot and seems pretty fresh and the customer service is pretty reasonable

This is the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen!!! Great place and great employees.

I was early for a meeting in Elmira, and decided to take a stroll, and ended up here. I'm glad I did.
I was greeted fairly quickly, given the drive thru line was almost back to the main road. The gentleman who waited in me (his name escapes me) was the perfect morning server: calm, pleasant, with a warm smile. Coffee and two hash browns (he suggested the 2 for $3) was all I ordered. He asked me to be seated and gave me a table placard number to identify where the order would be served. Looking around, the restaurant (it was early) was immaculate. My order arrived via the same employee, manager I think. I didn't have much, but it was well prepared.
It was the ambiance (I know, not really a McDonald's adjective) that made me relax. The meeting was a serious matter I had to discuss with my doctor. I will be forever grateful to - let's call him Karl -for doing his job well enough to keep me as calm as he was, and enjoy the simplest of breakfasts.

This is the best McDonald's in the area imo always fresh and timely

Bacon egg and cheese bagel was delicious. The breakfast sauce on them is the best. They need to keep the bagels. Restaurant was clean. Staff was polite and helped us in a timely manner although most of the attention was on drive thru customers. Rest room was okay. Not messy but needed a touch up.

Recently remodeled and the changes are great. Update to the technology, and added a second lane to help with volumes of people that travel in the interstate. Relitively easy on and off. Good staff, and quick service. I've been to this location for about 20 years, and they still care about the core mottos. Very courteous staff, and small wait times.

Staff was nice and helpful when the app messed up.

Excellent hospitality. They served food in trays for dine in, rather than throwing it in a bag! The staff brought sauces to people in their cars! And I heard the staff quizzing each other on their food safety procedures! Couldn't ask for more. I'd be proud to own this store (call me if you are selling)!

Very busy on a Saturday afternoon, had something small missing from our order but it was corrected immediately. Happy overall!

We prefer to go to the this location because the people there are absolutely 💯 awesomely nice and the service is awesome.

Best experience is coming inside. The employee came to our table and handed us our food, and is also energetic. I love this place.

This became my go to place for a quick bite while a family member was in the hospital. The Buttermilk Breaded Chicken Strips, from the dollar menu, were just the right size when heading home late at night. The staff here was starting to get to know me and they often greeted me when I drove through the drive through. It's always nice to have someone smile and ask how your day went.

They got our order right the first time and even the fries were fresh!

Sudden hunger? No worries! I always prefer to cheat myself over medium-sized fries and a sundae 🍨

After being on the road since 4am with my family we had to do the usual pitstop. We stopped at the local Golden Arches and the most endearing staff waited on us. Country charm in a franchise is an interesting combo. Thank you for our Minion toys at 730 am...the kids love them!!!
