Gas was off due to no payment ..the staff was super friendly and helpful in helping us through this ...

They were real nice

This place is a joke. For years I used them while renting a home in their area and never had problems with them. This year I buy a house out of state and go to shut off service as I have always done come spring and am informed that I'm not allowed to. Im told that because it's a rental, the home owner is the only one who can shut off the service.. First off, how is that you can allow me to SETUP service in my name but not CANCEL it? How backwards are you people? Second, How am I now responsible for a bill for services I did not use nor want after i called to cancel? If i was not allowed to cancel (done before last billing cycle so as to not incur another bill) then whatever monetary amount you feel owed after said time should go to the property owner not myself. Instead I get a letter threatening to report to my credit for less then $5 that my deposit didnt cover for charges that I should not have recieved to begin with. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Go electric and avoid them like the plague!!!!
