We always get superior service because we've been a customer since June, 2012 and have spent a boat load of money up there! We originally had 2 vehicles for many years until our son started driving in 2016 and his car started going up there. My car is just out of warranty so I haven't really needed many repairs on my car and my son has a brand new car so it's basically just oil changes for him for now. They've practically rebuilt my husband's truck! We always get great service and that's why we keep going back.

i came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon the service inspection, it was noted that my battery was not at the proper cranking amps and David the service manager recommended a couple of batteries that they could install immediately. Not one to be left with a truck that won't start, I decided to have them install the battery while I was there anyway. Glad David mentioned it as I told him I've been noticing some hesitation when starting my truck last Winter.

Lew was awesome! I was 75 miles from home and suddenly needed 4 weird-sized tires. After calling around and finding out literally no one had my size, he was able to find a set that would be slightly different, but have the same rolling diameter, so they'd work. He even matched the price I would have paid back home at my dealer to make sure I had a safe drive home on a dark and slushy night! This place did great work and it was done super fast! I'm glad I come up to this area fairly regularly so I can keep getting my tires here from now on =)

Never judge a book by your first experience. Worked with Lou to put the tires and rims on my Subaru Sambar Mini Truck. Had a good conversation and FANTASTIC service!!😊 They went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations.

My Firestone Auto Care Center in Plaistow, NH has been great. From the day they opened in 2012 we have been having our vehicle tires replaced, auto's serviced and oil changed. Absolutely Courteous, Always explanatory regarding repairs required and pricing. I love using my CFNA Card with 6 Months of 0% interest to pay your balance in full. My payment plans get my car fixed and me back on the road without loss of time at work.

I had great customer service with Lou. He was kind, knowledgeable and such fast service for my tire problem. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Zach and Lou were very upfront, honest and communication with me re: the car was spot on. This is my 2nd experience with this location and I have been very pleased with the service, the pricing and the professionalism.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lou at Firestone, and let me tell you, it was an amazing experience! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Lou was so knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and he went above and beyond to make sure that I was well taken care of.

What blew me away was his willingness to help me with my warranty claim. My vehicle is covered under an extended service contract, and it required a lot of back and forth on his part that spanned over 6 days (and things got pretty spicy). But throughout the entire process, he remained cheerful and never once made me feel bad about the time it was taking. He was a true advocate for me, and I couldn't be more grateful.

Overall, I can't recommend Firestone in Plaistow enough! If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you're looking for quality service and exceptional customer care, look no further. They (especially Lou) truly go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are happy, and I know I'll be back for any future car maintenance needs. Thanks for your fantastic work!

The guys up front are very good the guys Outback are phenomenal. Whoever the gentleman was that called me today was great. Super nice and friendly. I'm a credit card mechanic so it's nice to have a place you can go and get the job done right.

We are so happy we took our Chrysler 300 here to Firestone in Plaistow New Hampshire…they checked out our car right away and showed us that it wasn’t safe to drive. Not only did we have grease leaking from the axle to the back left break but the Drive Shaft had broken in half and was hanging there. We were wondering why we were hearing all these Loud Rattling noises under the car. They took care of us from beginning to end with updates etc and did a great job on the Car. Even the pricing wasn’t too bad. So happy to have our Ride back! It sounds and runs great!!! Lou the Manager is awesome and so is Zack who took great care of us when we had no ride home ( so very personable ) & Ricky who put the new Drive Shaft in knows what’s he’s doing! They told me that Ricky was the mechanic there that could get the job done right! All and All we wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Thanks guys! Thanks Firestone for hiring a great group of mechanics and again an Awesome Manager Lewis Ward !!!

Communications with the service managers are stellar, the timeliness of service is excellent, the service facility and waiting area are immaculate and the price is fair. I have been getting tires at this center since returning from California in 2016 and expect to continue to get my tires here for the foreseeable future.

First time there, I had a minor routine maintenance service on my vehicle. I did make an appointment the day before. Got there early waited half and hour the service was done. Staff was pleasant catered to my needs. I appreciate that. I'll be back. Thank you.

I had a scary incident where I lost my wheel on the highway- I was on a road trip far from home. This location was so accommodating, kind and helpful. They got me back on the road quickly. Firestones can be hit or miss- but this is definitely one of the good ones!! Thank you very much Plaistow Firestone. You guys were my hero this weekend!

I do most of my own mechanical work but whenever I have had tire problems they've been great especially Lou. I can't say that for the tire store across the street.
