I made a U-haul reservation for a trailer from the U-haul site. When calling Taylor a day ahead to assure that everything was all set, I was told that they don't have any trailers of any kind. I understand that this is a U-haul problem seeing as they offered rentals from places that had limited capabilities, however the service I received when trying to use a smaller local business was unacceptable. Both times that I had called, I was told that it's "a one man show here" and that "I can't do everything" before being shooed off the phone. I'm not expecting miracles from them in regards to helping my situation, just expected to be treated as more of a priority.
