The Arena Bar & Grill

Upon opening our take out food order this evening we discovered our french fries that were ordered for our child were not right. I had my fiance call to explain what the issue was and received immediate apologies and was told we could come back down for a complete new order. The owner Dave was phenomenal and to rectify the situation even more we received a gift card. He couldn't have been more apologetic and professional. This is the first place we have ever received such customer service. It is nice that we can place an order at an establishment and know that if something is not right or handled improperly we can call with not only constructive criticism that helps an establishment grow, but also that they will do the right thing by replacing our order. They went above and beyond to assure we left as satisfied customers. Absolutely an A+++ establishment.

Big dining room and a awesome bar area. They have a ton of flat screen TV's and a huge main projection screen. It has got to be over 100 inches! Food is great too, we had the sweet sauce pizza (there are two sauce options), it was seriously the best pizza I ever had.

Best sandwich I have had in my whole 53 years. You have to try the Mazeroski. It is amazing. I had it about three weeks ago and couldn't wait to get a chance to go back. Made it back last week and it was exactly the same. My husband wanted to try something else because he knows we will be eating there often now. LOL He and my 12 year old son got hamburgers and also amazing. Prices are very reasonable and our waiter was awesome. Love the Arena Sports bar and grille.

This is the BEST pizza I have ever had and will continue to eat here and come back to take it home. They offer a huge pizza for parties etc and the pizza is the most unique. The crust is thin sweet and tastes amazing.

The food and service has always been very good. Never had a meal here that I was disappointed with. The staff has always been attentive.

Very good food, nice service, fantastic sweet "old world" pizza and a unique atmosphere make this a place I love coming to.

The ribs and bbq sauce are amazing! I had the sampler the zucchini was fantastic too#

We just had the most amazing sandwich and sub ever! Excellent service too!
