My choice is always the 2 cheeseburgers w/o cheese meal, at this McDonald's both times the food was hot. Service was good, the girl was doing good at keeping up with orders and delivered food quickly plus manning the register and she was smiling and friendly. Atmosphere was good. Quiet even though it was beginning to be crowded. Best McDonalds anyplace!!

We had a new server her name was Alicia ( not sure if that's how you spell it long dark hair and glasses) but she was so sweet and did such a great job! I just wanted to give her a shout out! Also the rest of the crew at this location are always so kind great job the whole way around.

Normally will grab a sandwich or a burrito to go. Drive through is very fast. Download the app for daily savings! Well worth it.. morning crew is very friendly.

I think a lot of people are getting this one confused with the big Mac museum mcds... this one is so much better

Fastest, most consistent, and friendliest McDonald's in the area by far. I've gone to all of the McDonald's locations in the general area several times and this one is always better than the rest.

The food is fine, it's McDonald's, you know what to expect. The biggest thing with this location is consistency. It's always fresh and good and it's very rare that they mess anything up or leave something out.

The employees are all very polite and friendly.

And they're always very quick. This McDonald's will get through a line of 15 cars faster than several other nearby McDonald's can serve 5.

Given the choice between this and The Big Mac Museum, I prefer this one. They're generally much faster, the speaker is clearer and easier to hear, and ironically the price is always a little bit cheaper. Imagine that.

The employee taking the money was so apologetic about the wait time. I frowned and said, huh?? It wasn't that long at all and it was dinner time so I expected a long wait. I even got to jump ahead in line because for some reason people don't realize they have 2 ordering menus. Everyone waited in one line while I just passed them and went to line 2. Lol. I think the negative reviews are just people without brains. Great service. Will choose this location over north Versailles any day.

Best one in the area. Fast fresh and accurate on the orders. I bring my kids here all the time and they never mess the orders up. USE THE APP!! LOTS OF DEALS AND REWARDS.

Not a typical McDonald's. It is always an amazing experience at The Home of The Big Mac.

They were a little busy and my sons order was made incorrectly BUT they fixed it quickly and everyone I saw was trying their best despite how busy it was especially with the drive thru being jam packed. Staff was working as a team too to get the drive thru line moving.

This is the BEST McDonalds I ever been to. I go here all the time before work for breakfast and my food is always hot and fresh during lunch time it is also excellent food. Very hot fries which I love!! The employees here are sooooo nice. Especially the lady who wears glasses that works drive thru she is excellent!! Yes, sometimes there is a long line but for McDonald’s that’s expected BUT I have never waited a very long time even with a long line! Compared to other McDonald’s drive thrus this is the fastest one! They have gotten my order wrong but when told they are so nice about it and will fix it right away! I live about 30 minutes away and only stop here because it’s on the way to my job but I will drive here even on a day off just to go to this McDonald’s instead of my local one. I honestly hate going to other McDonalds because the food and customer service I receive at this one is top notch.

This is the only McDonald’s I have been to the food was hot. Good on time efficient hands down these ratings. Need to be five star. If you have the experience that I have try them other McDonald’s and then come back to your census on the gang

They sanitized the table and seats. Was nice they done both... Alot of times places have dirty tables. Fast service and very friendly. The food was so fresh !!!Very pleased . Thank you.

I just went to this place about 40 minutes before close, and the staff delivered to me, the most respectfully bussin order of nuggets I have received since I was still feeding from the Bitty. Your whole staff deserves a raise, and I deserve more nuggies.

Just went through and got a cheeseburger with extra pickle and tea, the whole top was covered in pickles, THIS is what I mean when I say extra pickles, idk who made my sandwich but your a G and this is the best McDonald’s I’ve been through !

Unlike the the 2 franchisee stores in Duquesne ( kennywood) and Waterfront, Homestead. Horrible SLOW service, staff always using their phones, personal conversations going on.
And this is from a former McDs manager '84-'91.
