F45 Training Lee's Summit

Since I started going to F45 in March 2024, I have noticed changes in my body and mind! The workouts are challenging but doable, and the coaches are the best!! They really push you to do your best! The community here is also wonderful and so much fun to workout with.

I have done about 6 classes and so fair I Love it!!!! I’m definitely getting in a good workout! It’s so much better than me going to the gym and not knowing what to do or just doing random workouts.
The workouts here are intense!!! 🥵 The couches are very encouraging shoutout to Jerry & Precious for always pushing me to do my best!

This is exactly what my body and my mind needed. F45 encompasses my competitive nature, my desire to continue to increase my strength by lifting heavy, and a cardio aspect that isn’t a treadmill. (I love running, but my age doesn’t love it anymore.) The culture of this gym is top notch. Everyone pushes each other and we are truly a fit family. Come join the fun. You and your goals won’t regret it.

Love F45! The group workouts are highly motivating. If left to work out on my own I just won’t do it. Group workouts are the only thing that works for me. The F45 workouts are great because everyday is different and all the stations are set up when I arrive.

I've had an incredible experience at F45 Lee's Summit! From the moment I stepped in, I've been hooked on their HIIT and lifting classes. I love this place! The workouts are structured with the movements and time displayed on the monitors. It's fast paced, but you always know what you're supposed to be doing. The instructors are awesome especially Jerry. The perfect amount of encouragement and push.

I have worked out my whole life and gone to many gym, F45 is my favorite. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are encouraging and I have made some great friends. I highly recommend F45 if you are looking to up your fitness routine.

Welcoming people. Coaches are awesome and motivational - make sure form is good so injuries are prevented and do a great job coming up with modifications for exercises if needed. Been coming since they opened and I don’t plan on going anywhere else!

Great place to burn fat fast 24% body fat to under 20% body fat in 45 days. If you eat right and do the work you can build muscle and get lean fairly quickly. Also great instructors, everyone is welcomed.
