Sunset Room At The Vista

I cannot recommend the Sunset Room enough! Our coordinator Jill made sure our day was easy and amazing! They were so easy to plan with, you can't beat the price, and everything was beautiful and unforgettable! I can't wait to upload more photos later from our photographer. They offer so many decoration options, delicious food packages, bar options and more. It was the perfect day and we heard only raving reviews from our guests as well. There were a few things that didn't go as expected but Jill was creative and quick thinking to ensure they didn't mess up the day. Definitely book your wedding with them! They will make your day perfect so you can enjoy it.

Had my sister's Wedding there. Jill and Ashley were amazing! Food was good, drinks were good and service was amazing. Anything we could think of they were able to accommodate. 10/10 will recommend!

Similar to how you know which wedding dress is yours when you try it on, or knowing that’s the person you’re going to marry from that one special moment, I knew after we toured the Sunset Room that they were the only venue I trusted with mine and my husband’s special day. From the absolutely stunning decor, fantastic coordinators and the level of excellence they hold themselves to, I cannot recommend them enough to any couple looking for a venue. Every staff member was truly exceptional in their work. My husband and I have quite literally no complaints for our entire process from start to finish. A special thank you Talyn and Jill - our wedding will go down in history thanks to your dedication.

My husband and I got married here this June and we, and our guests, cannot say enough good things about the Sunset Room!! First of all, it was so convenient being able to have the ceremony and the reception in the same place because it made the whole picture taking process so much easier. Guests could just walk right up from the vista area to the inside reception area. The venue took care of all the big and the small things like setting up, taking down, packing things up, texting us reminders, working on timeline, communicating with vendors, and providing things we were glad we didn't have to purchase (cake cutter, card holder, centerpieces, etc). I am in dental school and my husband is a teacher and we didn't have much free time to plan a DIY wedding. The Sunset Room made wedding planning a BREEZE with all the things they coordinate. The package options were easy to pick from, and everyone who works here is fantastic and super friendly, no matter how many questions you text them! (that's another thing - being able to text them made communicating super convenient) the only things we really had to plan ourselves were getting a photographer, the DJ, and the cake (We recommend Soundwaves Event Group and Barton's Bake shop as both vendors are familiar with Sunset Room and already know how everything works, plus both are just great businesses). We picked Carriage Inn as our caterer and all we had to do was show up to taste food and the Sunset Room handled the rest. So many people complimented the venue saying it's the best wedding they've been to. The sun set around 8:30 which made for the prettiest pictures. The large flower wall in the reception room is so beautiful. If you are looking for an event venue just contact them :)

I cannot say enough great things about this venue! The staff, the cleanliness, the attention to detail… all amazing. Jill and Tayln went above and beyond to make my daughters first birthday unforgettable.

When my wife told me we were going to a wedding in Elizabeth, PA. An outdoor ceremony and reception in one place, I could not imagine where it could be. I pictured in my mind a Fire Hall with an outside garden as Elizabeth, PA did not strike me as a place for a 5 Star venue.
Much to my surprise as we arrived at the top of the road, there it was..
A secluded scenic view of beautiful landscaped rolling hills with a fenced-in outdoor chapel. A horse-drawn carriage was sitting nearby. The inside was just as impressive as the outside. They even had an outdoor balcony that overlooked the outdoor chapel.
It was a beautiful fall day with a gorgeous sunset.
The food was excellent and the staff was very professional and attentive.
This was one of the most memorable and nicest weddings I ever attended.

I was a wedding guest attendee at Sunset Room at the Vista and this venue was absolutely stunning! The sunset view was breathtaking as the bride! Gorgeous chandelier warm lightning made for a very romantic ambiance. Adequate parking and staff were respectful and welcoming!

I had the honor of being the Matron of Honor in my sister and now brother-in-law's wedding this past weekend. I was blown away by the professionalism and care that was given to us during planning and at the reception by Jill at the Sunset Room at the Vista. She answered any questions that were had throughout the planning process, was thorough in ensuring that everything that the couple had planned was able to happen, and was very involved during the reception to make sure that everything went off without any issue. The reception space was gorgeous and everything that the couple had hoped it would be. It was beyond what I expected. The other staff were amazing as well and so engaged with guests that it felt that it was a big party for everyone. I will absolutely be recommending the Sunset Room at the Vista for years to come.

What a beautiful venue for a wedding. Modern and clean interior. Great food and service. A wonderful view to enjoy while you're at your event. Food was amazing and the staff was great.

The sunset room was absolutely amazing!! Jill and Taylyn were the two wonderful women that worked with me through my stressful wedding process. And they were there for me 24/7, anytime of the day with all my questions and concerns. They really did everything they could to do to make my wedding day and as stressless and easy going as they could. I highly recommend the sunset room. Great people, great service, and a stunning venue. And the prices are pretty great too.

By far the absolute best experience in the world planning our wedding. My husband and I got married here in September 2023 and had the absolute best experience. We worked with Talyn, Jill, and Carly directly through our year long wedding planning process and were given the best experience possible. We weren't treated like dollar bills but by actual people planning their special day and continued to do anything they could to ensure our day was perfect. The venue looked beautiful and every detail we could think of was present to us to ensure we were happy with our big day. Their caterer had some of the best food we've ever had at an event, and we got compliments from almost every single guest that it was the best wedding they had been to in years. The outdoor space was beautiful and truly provided amazing opportunities for stunning photos and sunset photos from the balcony. They were extremely LGBTQ+ affirming, which was something we specifically looked for and were treated no differently.

My husband and I could not recommend the sunset room enough. Jill, our coordinator, was there for the whole process, from the day we toured to the time we walked out at the end of our reception. Any questions or concerns we had, she was there to help. The whole entire day went off without a single complication, or if there was one, Jill handled it, and we had no idea. The Sunset Room provides an extensive amount of decorating items and also allows you to bring your own in if you wish to do so. They also provided us with other vendor options in the area that they knew well and have worked with in the past. We did not have to worry about a single thing the day of our wedding, from setup to tear down everything was taken care of. The food, bar, and staff were all fantastic, and we could not recommend The Sunset Room more.

If I could give the ladies at the sunset room 10 stars I would! Every meeting we had, anytime I had to call to ask if my ideas would work, or anytime I asked for anything on the wedding day it was handled quickly and professionally. The venue was decorated so beautifully and even better than I imagined. They took such great care of us and our families the entire night. I am forever grateful for the crew at the vista! My wedding day was a dream come true and worth every penny! What they offer in thier packages is actually worth way more than you are paying! They truly look out for you and make sure everything is perfect. Thank you Jill for setting up the perfect sunset picture! Book here, you won't regret it!

We went to Cookies with Santa and the event was top tier! Karlee, the bartender was personable and made it even more fun for not only the kids but the adults, too. So many fun crafts for the kids and Jill’s decor was festive and stunning.
Will definitely be attending events here in the future.

This is an AMAZING venue. Talyn and the rest of the staff were so attentive to me and my guests on the day of the wedding. They listened to all of the little details that I requested and did everything to make my husband's and my day absolutely perfect. Our guests and vendors said the venue was one of the best they have been to. My photographer said the natural light was the best of any venue she has been to. I definately recommend this venue for any wedding or other special event.

We went here for a wedding. I was not we pectin this gorgeous diamond in the rough. The inside of the ball room was absolutely magical. From my understanding, everything was included, you just had to show up and pay. No decorating, no setting up, just enjoying your special day. The food and bar were both great also.

This place is spectacular. I have been here twice for a wedding and a drag show, 2 different types of events and the facility very versatile. The space is huge and perfect for large scale events along with an amazing view hence why the name is Sunset Room! The food delicious and could eat the vodka sauce rigatonis all day. Also the bar staff are super nice and efficient! Highly recommend this space!

First time at this venue, the entire setup was gorgeous! The menu was delicious, and I thought tye entire package was beautiful and made their day extra special!
