The new staff is absolutely great. They got straight to my problems AND solved them! I didn’t stand around waiting for minutes, or hours. There wasn’t any annoying pushing for other sales, or promotions. Just informed on the new things they have to offer. This is the type of staff that makes phone hassles we all have, much easier to figure you. 😁 rob & ryan are very patient gentlemen! Even put on cartoons for my 2 year old while they figured out things I needed done to my account. Very appreciative of the change of staff the store has now!!!

Ryan was extremely helpful in getting me a new phone and seting it up for me. I didn't lose any important photo or contacts thanks to him showing me how to use Google backup. Highly recommended this store and Ryan if you need a new phone or service.

The AT&T store was very clean and supplies were well stocked. I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra. The staff was very attentive and it was a very smooth transaction. Thank you!

I needed to be able to get unlimited calling to Canada and customer service made it very difficult. However, both Rob and Ryan were able to take great care of me and get me exactly what I needed. Be sure to ask for them if you ever need anything.

Someone on a home install screwed up with the plan, so I went to this store, in a different state from where the home install technician screwed everything up, and Ryan stayed with me for almost an hour and a half. He was on the phone with other support, and went through 4 sim cards until I was able to use my phone. It wasn't his fault, but he helped me until it was solved.

Customer service here at the Oregon Ohio store was fabulous!!! We are older and were away from home when I needed assistance transferring my AT&T prepaid service from my 3G phone to a new 5G phone. Store Manager Spencer Perlaky was the only store staff working that morning and it was looking like a very busy start to his day with several customers showing up at the same time. But he provided professional, curtious, friendly and very capable service not only to me but to the others customers as well. He was able to get all my information transferred and I was up and running without any issues.

I want to commend drake. I was in the store for my own issues but I want to commend him for now he handled a very difficult customer. No matter what the customer said or did drake did not lose his composure. He was calm and stayed calm no matter what the customer said or did. He did an awesome sob! He is one of the reasons I go to this store when I am in town and have issues.he is the best at what he does.

Needed to go back for yet another problem with my phone (not my service), and this store helped me out per usual! Akarius (sorry if I butchered the spelling) helped me figure out my phone problem right away, and I was able to order a new phone 800$ off 🤩 they truly have it figured out here!

I had a really pleasant experience at this AT&T store. I got the service I wanted, without feeling pressured into buying anything else I didn't need. The manager in particular, Chris, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.

Store employees Very knowledgeable and manager is very informative and helpful with the bill. Only one employee seems to be learning as he had to have someone jump in multiple times during my upgrade. Entire staff customer service is sensational and would highly recommend to any customer

I highly recommend the AT&T Oregon store. Abdul (assistant manager) was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. He helped my brother set up his AT&T wireless service as well as choosing the phone. He did a great job!

I highly recommend!! They got me in & out. A lady named Alicia worked with me she was nice , polite & patient. The other staff was helpful too . I didn’t have not one problem at all ! They worked with me through the problems I had with my other services and got me a brand new phone and other things I wanted !!

Jahmal and Rickie gave my husband and I the best experience today. They were quick, informative and took the time to help choose the best phones based off personal preference. After we chose our new phones they helped adjust our plan accordingly and set our new phones up. Highly recommend!

Dan was very helpful, I was desperate, my phone was locked and I couldn't use it or access it. But thankfully for Dan and his patience,knowledge and extreme empathy,And he used every option possible he was able to get me back into my phone. Even when the I.T customer service couldn't figure it out and the store manager was busy.

Dan used his personal devices to find a solution.

The staff were very patient and accommodating. The process for canceling my original order took a long time due to technical difficult and being on hold. The two team members even stayed 40 mins past closing to help me rather than suggest that I return the next day. Abdul took the time to offer me an accessory deal with a BOGO offer, and unpackaged the items installing my new case and screen protector. A third team member told me about how he was a very satisfied customer with his ATT cell service. They are good salespersons.
