Penn Station East Coast Subs

The best subs you'll find around. I highly recommend the steak sandwich fully loaded and the fries are absolutely amazing. Their lemonade is freshly squeezed!I love how they support Down syndrome awareness and donate funds during down syndrome awareness month.

Penn Station is my favorite sub stop particularly for the bread. The service is courteous the building is clean and the food is reasonably priced & tasty. This go round I had the Italian. 👍

Every time I have eaten there the food is fresh as can be top notch, friendly staff too. I highly recommend the Cheese Steak with Fries and a lemonade. Thank me later.

This place is a well oiled machine. Efficient, great communication, fast wait times. Cheesesteak was good, fries were extra crispy, just like I asked, lemonade was cold and tasty. My first time, will definitely be back. 👍

Decent menu, the employees are usually very friendly. The food is made fresh as you order. They slice the potatoes for the fries right there. The lemonade is made from scratch there but they now make it ahead of time...😑 I preferred it when they squeezed it as it was ordered. Did take longer but was well worth the wait. The bread used is delicious. It's not the least expensive place to get a sub sandwich but it's worth the little bit more you pay. Also not the most expensive either! I'd recommend this restraunt.

This is my regular store and they always get my order right! Yesterday there was a glitch with their online ordering, it charged my card twice and then didn't even send the order to the store. I went in and spoke to Justin, the GM, and he handled it wonderfully. He made it right without hesitation and even took it a step further and bought me lunch for my troubles. I am so thankful for awesome people like him. This is the best location in the Toledo area, hands down!

The food was delicious and the staff very friendly until I complained that 1 of the subs was made incorrectly. They tried to blame me andvthe atmosphere became chilly

I am very impressed with the young man that helped me with my carryout pick up order from the Oregon, Ohio location. He told me they don't make ur fries til u get there so u get fresh fries (awesome!) then their system went down but he was still so fun n professional. Paid with cash, exact change too n he was so awesome! Wish I would have gotten his name!!

The staff was friendly and actually acknowledged you going in and leaving. I had the cheese steak, lemonade, and a cookie. The food was good and I'd go back to try something else.

The guys working there today Thursday the 29th at 4:30 PM are amazing! I never ate at Penn before and one took the time to explain the menu and the other one was very friendly at the checkout he even talked me into buying a fresh squeezed lemonade. These two I hope are being paid well because they made my experience great!

Even tho we came in during their last hour, they treated us like we were the first customer of the day. Food was hot and full of flavor, fries were hot and crispy, and the soda was perfectly carbonated (I've been to 3 restaurants that that has been a problem in the past month). I would come back again.

Shout out to the two younger girls working yesterday during the snow storm. They were both very nice and professional. It seems good customer service is rare these days, so I was impressed.
Even though they were out of vinegar packets she offered to fill up a cup and to my surprise she handed it to me with tape over the lid! Absolutely shocked she did just throw it in the bag! (Didn't)

Drove into town late. The family was hungry. Saw this place right away and we were extremely happy with the food and service. The 2 guys working the counter we're extremely busy but never missed a beat on greeting customers, answering questions. Great lil place. Fast and tasty.

The hot Italian sun is 5 stars every time
