Tim Hortons

This was my 1st time ever trying a Tim Hortons. Cleveland doesn't have them. This location is open 24 hrs which is pretty nice! This is a coffee bake shop! I stopped in for a quick coffee and something to snack on for my roas trip. There coffee was excellent! The spinach egg bites where a good quick breakfast option. There coffee Taste sort of like dunkin. I also try a donuts which I shouldnt have but it was fresh and sugared up lol . I would definitely come back to try different menu items if we had one in Cleveland. I'm definitely curious about lunch menu!

I come to the Navarre Ave. Location so much they know me by name. I get an icecap everyday and occasionally a bagel or breakfast wrap. The food and drinks are delicious and the employee are all very hard working and friendly.

The customer service was absolutely top notch. My mom asked the young woman at the counter a really dumb question, and she answered it without batting an eye, or being rude.

On a side note, whoever owns the building, needs to call pest control. There were bees flying in the drive thru, and none of those workers need that mess. The young lady that helped us was horrified. I know it's basically unavoidable, but please do something. The breeze felt so good today, and I bet they couldn't keep that window open.

Tried the maple waffle breakfast sandwich and it was really good. Similar to McDonald's mcgriddle only better.

I love this location, The staff is always so amazing. I have always had such a nice experience here. I have to say manager Rachel I believe here name is has always been so nice & helpful you can tell when a manager really cares and she is definitely one of those who care.

Very friendly staff. It is a pleasure to first stop at Tims in Oregon, before making our regular trip to out East.

In Detroit once a month, always stop at Tim Hortons right across from toledo general hospital, occasionally this location is out of major components to make breakfast sammiches, but the donuts are great

We spilt coffee in the car, Crew was fast acting and caring about the situation. Haley kindly provided us with a replacement coffee. Amazing service!!

Tim Hortons is always our go to during our early morning commute. I have the very best coffee and we like the breakfast sandwiches on a croissant with a Timmy’s donut on the side! This location is clean and the workers are super friendly, fast, and helpful. Great job guys!

Different kind of breakfast. Croissant is amazing. The Tuscan chicken panini is really really good and if you never had one you should because you will die a happy man after it! I personally don't care for coffee but I hear they got the best in town.

I went to Tim Hortons on Navarre in Oregon this morning and oh my gosh. There were 3 or 4 ladies working and it was so busy. Like seriously busy. And these ladies were working so hard on all these orders. The weren’t chit chatting and messing around they were hauling butt to get the work done. And did it while being friendly. This is something we haven’t seen in so long with the worker shortages and terrible work ethic. Not just at Tim’s but all fast food places. It was a pleasant surprise and I felt these ladies needed a great shout out!

Very good, and while they didn't have everything to make my order, they waited until I was there to tell me and gave suggestions on what they could make in its place.

Love Tim Hortons! Service is quick, though sometimes if you get the Dark Roast coffee, you may have to have a new cup, since sometimes it's not hot enough.

My husband and I go here pretty much every day. The store manager Julie is amazing and I love most of her staff. The owner of this franchise also works hands on with his crew sometimes which is very rare. This is my favorite location

Coffee was great, donut tasted fresh, and ice cream was made perfectly. Associate that helped us was Alyssa V., who was friendly and prepared each part of our order carefully but quickly. Will definitely return to this location.

Tim's (as we lovingly call this place) has the best coffee and donuts combo in Oregon! Since this particular location is the ONLY Tim's in Oregon, it has some crazy busy times. If you want great coffee during the morning work rush (7:30-9am) be prepared! It will be almost impossible and dangerous to try and turn left into Tim's off Navarre Ave! There will be a line of cars and probably a line inside. Saturday and Sunday mornings are also very busy. But, their lobby is OPEN 24HRS! If you go at night to meet up with friends, it's perfect! The drive thru stays steady, but not usually backed up and the inside is perfect. The staff is great at all times and the owners take pride in their store. They care about their customers and providing great service!

This location gets super busy in the morning so if you take the time to park and go in, it'll be a much faster experience. Staff works well with the morning rush and my order was done quickly! The drive thru looked like it was very backed up however.

Honestly I love this location, and it is the only location I will go to. All of the employees are always so nice, and enthusiastic. The service is super fast, even when lines are long. Overall always a great pleasure coming here!

My best experience ever damn I believe the young man's name is Alan him he made my day 100% satisfaction with a superior form and quality attitude and a bold introduction when I approached him he is the definition of the future of our country's economy STRONG and all American I would pay double for him to serve me ice cream just one last time. The other employees ahhhhhh their just the definition of today's generation bold and brash and workers like that belong in the trash!
