McDonald's

Had biscuits and gravy and hash browns. Very good but over priced. Doesn't cost 6 bucks to make maybe 1.00 lol

No waiting. Fast and friendly. Food was fresh and hot.

This location, in the recent past, has had consistently great service and food. Now they are sadly understaffed and forced to operate drive thru only, for an unknown amount of time.
**Update** Thankfully, service has stayed great and hours are back to more regular hours.

Ever since I lived here, this McDonalds location was always hit or miss. The consistency of the food is what McDonalds is best at but the worst thing is they fail to deliver certain meals in certain ways customers want them to be. Trust me, as a person who goes here at the very least each month, they always fail to remove pickles from my burger. I don't really mind it much because I can just remove it but other than that, it's just another hit or miss McDonalds.

This is one of my favorite McDonald's, they are fast 95% of the time, the food is always fresh, and they are always nice. I go out of my way to come to this one rather than other ones.

The in store experience for this McDonald’s is outstanding. I was greeted walking in from a lady sweeping the outside and she was very nice. Inside, I used the touch screen ordering which is very convenient when I want to add and take away for certain ingredients on my food. Checked out , and waited at my table and the food was actually brought to us! Very good customer service. The manager is doing something right !

This is one of the best locations around. Stays busy but that means food, ESPECIALLY FRIES, are always fresh. Food is well made, my kids love their happy meals. Line moves along quickly. I've had great breakfast, lunch and dinner here.

Nicholas at the drive thru tonight (6/14/23) was very helpful and nice. Good employee to have working there.

I had a great experience from curbside parking. An employee (possibly management) brought out most of my order right away and informed me that they were making a fresh pot of coffee. She had to make two trips out to my car, just so she could inform me that they were working on my order. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! So professional. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name, so I could give her a proper thank you on this review.
This was just before 4:30pm on 04/21, Wednesday (late afternoon).

I'm shocked..but actually it was good..the food was fresh, my complicated order was correct and they were quick..I've never had a good experience with McDonald's, infact i avoid McDonald's. however my grand son wanted a happy meal and so I decided on the fish sandwich. I was not disappointed or sick on my stomach..

This McDonald's is the very best of the best! Having been from coast to coast, this is by far the best McDonald's in the country imo! This place is awesome, and the manager Barbara Dasinger runs a very tight ship. Very fast service, professional, and nicest people ever! If you happen to be on travel via I95 in Dunn Benson area, you should check them out!

Go here at least once a week if not more. This store has good service (most of the time) and the food (fries) are always hot and fresh. Using the mobile app is great because of the deals they have.

They have the best public bathroom that I have seen in a long time. Before we even got in the door, a very helpful employee helped open the door for us and moved the wet floor cone so that we could get to the bathroom easily. I'm in a wheelchair so these little gestures really help and make a huge difference!

Stopped here on the way to Carolina beach. Food was fresh. Service was friendly. Went to drive thru and had a little bit of a wait but they were slammed. If I was in this area again I would stop here

This is by far the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a McDonald's. Stopping by late on a Sunday night and staff offered to get water for me. Brought food to my table and were just overall very pleasant.

The only reason I don't give them a 10 is because they don't have that many starts to click on. The staff was considerate, the place was immaculately clean. One thing especially apparent -- the staff truly enjoyed working together. I was there during a shift change, and people coming in to work or leaving their work were all smiles. One young man especially stood out to me, James. He attended the dinning room and kept it spotless. He must have greeted me three or four times. It was obvious to me that David, the manager, had assembled and trained a great team.
