Missy the store manager made my first time experience with mavis tire amazing. Very kind friendly and just overall a very positive and inviting service definitely recommend seeing missy at mavis in garden city.

Went to the shop after hitting a pothole on the highway for an inspection to make sure everything was okay. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and they got a mechanic to take a look immediately. After a short wait the mechanic came up front and explained some issues with the car but assured us it would make the drive home. Everyone was extremely helpful, honest.
Choose this shop for work on your car, you will be glad you did!

Great experience and people at this location! Last time I came here, they changed my boyfriends tire and we were in and out, and they very nice. Now it’s my turn for a tire change and Bailey was extremely helpful at the desk. Mel, my technician, had a great attitude and is getting my tire in and out. I’ll definitely come again next time I need a tire.

Jason, Cassandra and the good folks at MT&B have taken care of my vehicle maintenance needs for years. They provide great service, fair pricing and a professional, friendly experience. And, because of their honesty and integrity I’ve NEVER felt any pressure to pay for something that I didn’t want or need. The everyday grind is hard. I have enough to worry about but, MT&B isn’t one of them.

It's impossible to say enough good things about this place. About halfway to Miami for a cruise, our alternator died. The only good part was that it happened right next door to this shop. We walked in as they opened and asked for help. This was no small job, in fact it was a little over 6 hours. They did everything in their power to help us, even driving across town to get a part and make sure we were back on the road that day. They even thanked us for our patience. They absolutely saved our vacation. They treated us like friends, even when we stuck them with a huge job on a Saturday. I wish we lived closer, they would get all of our business. Thank you to everyone who helped us that day. I can't explain how much we appreciate all of you. I would give them 10 stars, if I could.

I was searching for a used tire but glad I got Jason on the phone. He took his time to explain the benefits of a new tire and offered a competitive price. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by Jason and Cassandra at the desk. Cassandra's service was personable and attentive, and I even ended up adding an oil change since I felt like I could trust Mavis at this point. The wait time wasn't too bad either, I'm already planning to go back to upgrade the other tires!

I came maybe 2 weeks ago and got my tires (4) installed. Came back today to get new hubcaps on I was already given a price over the phone so I was ready to pay. Once I got there Joe did it free of charge..my day couldn't get any better than that! Great service if you need this type of experience call em!
