Domino's Pizza

Ordered online. When we arrived they let me know that the first pizza came out a little more burnt than they expected so they made another one on the house and gave us both. Had to wait an extra couple of minutes but I appreciated the integrity and they kept true to their word and gave us a coupon for the delay in the order in addition to the extra pizza

I’ve always had the best customer service at this location. I order on the app and I guess the store was just closed when I placed my order. The app said they were open or I wouldn’t have placed my order. The manager stayed late just to make my pizza and even brought it out to my car. I will always remember that. I apologized profusely but she told me it wasn’t fault and it was pleasure to make my pizza. Since then, I still continue to have great service each time. Pizza is always ready fast, fresh, and perfect. They are our family’s go to spot when we are in a rush.

They delivered my pizza really fast (under 30 minutes), and I live relatively far from the restaurant. It's really good!! Pepperoni with extra cheese. If you like a good amount of sauce, you should order extra sauce. Their standard amount isn't a lot and I like my pizza pretty saucy. The crust is PERFECT for my tastes.

Give them another try we ordered 2 deluxe thin crust pizzas and they were excellent! Crust was crispy there was plenty of each topping and perfect amount of cheese! Best deluxe pizza! Definitely will be ordering again!

Went to get our pizza and only two people were working.. felt bad for them they did an amazing job for it only being two of them!

Showed up for my online order and even though someone else had the same name on their order and they thought they had given it out already, they were immediately ready to remake it as fast and fresh as possible. Great service and that is how those situations should be handled. 10/10

Picked up three pizzas. Very friendly staff. They were singing Christmas carols. Lots of smiles. Pizza was great.

First time trying Domino’s in Smithville! Five stars! Easy ordering online and our order was hot and ready when I arrived. Cheesy bread and extravaganza was a hit at our house! Definitely will order again soon

Dominos is my new go-to pizza place after decades of loyalty to Pizza Hut. The deals are incredible (almost makes you forget Biden's been president for two years now), they offer a much better selection than the Hut, the website is like 6x faster and feels like it was made this side of the turn of the millennium, and the rewards program is generous and easy to navigate.

As for this particular location, I've always had a good experience. The pizza is made correctly, the people working the place have exactly the right vibe for a pizza joint (definitely friendly stoners, but not so stoned at the moment they're not functional), and the store is always messy but clean (a sign of correct priorities).

Good job, Smithville Dominos, you've made a convert!

Every time I’ve eaten at dominoes we’ve had a great experience. Delivery people are very kind and on time. No matter what time it may be they, never rush you on your orders.

Stopped going because of poor customer service heard there was new management and well what a change polite fast service. I implore you to go back to this store now 100% better then when they opened

Stopped in on a whim and Ashley was awesome. Pizza was delicious and the price was even better. We will def be back for a few pizzas.
