Taco Bell

Came to this location to pick up lunch for myself and a few co-workers. We placed our order online and I picked up our order through the drive-thru. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to go to a fast food place and be greeted so nicely! Natalie was very nice and helpful throughout the whole transaction. Thank you Natalie for being great! Our large order had everything, the food was hot and good.

I don't normally review too many fast food establishments, but at this particular Taco Bell the employees are always extremely friendly, they prepare your order quickly, and they generally always "thank you" for coming in as well. That said, I feel recognition is deserved for this specific Taco Bell location for the training and best practices carried out on a daily basis.

These are some of the Thickest taco's I've had from Taco Bell since Pre-Covid. No other Taco Bell can compair. Would Baja my Blast here again.

I went through the drive-thru tonight after I got off of work. The young lady who was working and taking orders was extremely professional and polite and whoever made the food, it was the best I have ever had it here. It's nice to see such young people taking pride in their job and work. My chicken chalupa is delicious.

Wait time was a bit long for our orders, twenty minutes or so, which was expected busy. However the food was of good. Let me say I haven't had this good of taco bell in many years. The manager was actually providing what the chain should. I've been to several other locations and the food was okay, often skimpy, service non caring. Whomever the manager is? Should be running the corporation.

We drive 20 minutes to this taco bell because it is so much better than any others around here. It's a fun excursion towards smithville and we are never disappointed with the food here. Can't say the same for every other taco bell. We will be back!

Well, a couple of years ago I would have rated a 1. When they first opened they struggled to keep the doors open with staffing but they seem to have gotten it together. Now, they're consistently friendly & always ready when I need my fix.

Haven't had a cold meal yet.

It’s a new for a small town and yes, it’s gonna be busy with customers given the choice of restaurants in town. I’ve been here several times and yep, there’s a wait time. They’re new employees, cut them some slack.
Our food has always been hot, never a problem. They always put lots of sauce and napkins in the bag without asking. The burritos and tacos we have ordered in this location are always good and lots of ingredients.

Service was great! Fast! Only down was the guy at the window was .... well not talkative. I said thanks, have a good night, and more with no response besides a head nod. Lol. Not a big deal was probably busy.

I stopped by the local T.B. around 10:30 p.m. to enjoy one of their famous "4th meals" Everything was going well until I got to the window. My 4th Meal total was $9.91 to which I was going to pay $10.01. I mean who wouldn't trade a penny for a dime? Well, when the exchange of funds happened my single penny fell to the ground in a fumble that was no less tragic than the great NY Jets Mark Sanchez "butt fumble." I quickly dug through the change in my car and found another penny. Just when I thought I would have to deal with 9 cents back, my master plan of getting a dime back in change was not lost. The experience was capped off when the cashier was thoughtful enough to ask if I needed sauce. I guess in the commotion of losing that 1st penny I forgot to ask for fire sauce. I really needed the fire sauce cause I've been told more than once to "not come back home without the fire sauce!!!!"

I ordered the wrong meal and the manager told me not to worry and he fixed my order with no problem. Awesome manager

The lady at the drive thru gave us our food for free bc we had to wait. They only had 3 works. I feel bad for this taco bell bc they had only a few workers. But the food was great!

Just got $62.21 on food... For 2 people 😅 And after they made it, they weren't jerks about it😅 I love this Bell, online ordering, fast service, and they do a damn good job making it! Delicioso!

This location opened late 2019 and I am really impressed with the quality of the food, and they got my pretty large order 100% right. Happy to have a local Taco Bell! 😀

I love taco bell. I love mountain dew. But I hate that they're getting rid of the Mexican pizzas. So I would probably not be going there for very much longer.

We love our Taco Bell in Smithville, Missouri. It is very clean in the dining area and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Never went inside but if it's as fast as it is on the outside driving through then it's worth it as well.

Fast friendly staff was super helpful and wait time was nothing these guys know what there doing
