McDonald's

This franchise has been the top customer service location for a long time now. I appreciate the way management runs their crew because they employees have a great attitude and they have helped me in rough and timely situations. Great crew, food is always excellent and correct. I am a huge fan of the Mocha Frappe and it is a constant competition between the surrounding McDonald's on who prepares the best one.....I have not made my conclusion yet, so far this is location is the runner up...but it is close😉 Great work everyone and keep it up! We notice the small things.

Closing staff on 05/08/24 are awesome!! Quick, clean, and efficient, though we stayed until they had to kick us out (our bad) whenever the fellas have been hanging around, they’ve always been nice and catered to us despite our raucous nature, thanks for lookin after us my closing companions!

Good employee let me use the restroom when I had to go bad!!!

I have traveled a lot so I have been to many McDonald's in my lifetime. This one is hands down the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I sincerely appreciate the employee that takes the time to put the chicken nuggets neatly into the box. This place also has the cleanest bathroom I have ever been in compared to other places I have been to. It's even better than some non fast food restaurants to be quite honest. The employees have always been nice to me, I have never had an issue with any of the employees or managers. I prefer this place over the sonic across the street.

About two weeks ago they got five of our sandwiches wrong. Family said Oh just leave it alone. Went tonight. Thought everything was there, but at home we unloaded it and my Mom didn't get her sandwich. Last week they didn't get my sandwich right. Need to train kitchen, how to make them.

Great service. I arrived right before their lobby closed which I didn't intend to do (Google says they close at 11), but they were super nice about it. They didn't even mind when I got some desert after my dinner.

Every once in a while the line will be packed in the drive thru but for the most part, this is the best mcdonalds in Kansas city. Fast and good employees with great attitudes.

Excellent service. Answered the intercom as soon as I pulled up was ready at both windows for money and food. Honestly the quickest and fastest McDonald's I've been too!! Keep up the good work!!

Today was the first time I have been to this McDonald and had a great experience. The young guy that took my order was great, he listened, got the order right and had great humor. The kitchen got my food correct and it was fresh. Great staff on 11/23/19

Unbeatable prices if you have the McDonald’s app. McDonald’s never fails to amaze me and they have really good food for the prices they sell them for. The staff are all really nice too.

I love McDonald's. You could find me there every day until this virus yet. it was a good place to meet my girlfriends and we always have so much fun there. We knew all the people. We sure miss her friendly faces cuz we can't go in and talk to them now. We have the best McDonald's around.

Ordered 360 chicken nuggets. There where no regerts and they got the first half out pretty fast.

Mobile ordering is where it is at! You get your app points and the order is right, still went through the drive thru for pick up, was a smooth experience l!

So friendly! Even if they mess up your order they correct it in such a quick friendly manner I can't have any qualms with this sweet small town attitude and atmosphere that's down home friendly!

An average McDonald's with a unique play area. Play area consisted of relatively low objects to climb on and under, some of which resembled instruments and made a musical noise when struck. Really fun and perfect for all our kids ages 1.5 to 6 years old.

The location in Smithville has the highest rating out of the 4 McDonald's I visit for coffee and a bathroom break when I travel. The place is clean, the service prompt and friendly. The location is easily accessible off 169 HWY.
I can't comment on their food, because I won't eat any processed fast food.

I had two kids and now two grandkids. McDonald's is every parents/grandparents go to. Is like Christmas year round. Keep up the good work.
