I had a great experience with Smith Oil & Propane. We had just moved into a home that had an existing tank serviced by Smith Oil & Propane and they had notified us that our tank was very low and should be refilled. This was our first experience with using propane or having a tank. Harold, our delivery servicer, took time to show me how to check the level of fuel in the tank as well as what to do if I suspected a leak in my home. He was also great at helping me understand the billing process, and even called into the office to ensure I was locked in to a lower fixed price before coats rose in the winter months, and how future deliveries would be handled. I had many helpful and friendly conversations with Shannon in the main office before the delivery who also helped with scheduling my delivery and setting up my payment method. Harold was very professional and friendly and I hope he isn’t delivery person in the future as I enjoyed talking to him. Overall great customer service from everyone I have interacted with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quick and friendly service.
