GREAT group of guys Chad is awesome and Chris the owner is a good stand up guy they helped me get into an awesome Robalo and I would highly recommend working with them they’ll take very good care for you and they’ve earned my business for life!

Addition to original review 6/13/24- Cody and all the techs at the service department are the best at what they do. I have a handicap with my hands and this team helped me make boating, anchoring, and flushing easy with various mods. I've had the boat in numerous times for different needed mods and the service team is able to get very creative they moved my flush location to the inside of the boat and moved my ladder to accomodate 2 power poles.

From the first contact with Chad and online build, follow up visit to their dealership and tour of different Robalo models, ordering and delivery with Chris, they all are responsive and caring. Even more, was how well they handled brokering my trade - Tom did an outstanding job of promoting through multiple nationwide sites and he stayed on the leads resulting in a sale in under 30 days. I recently purchased my second Sportsman boat from Erickson Marine and had Tom Hanshaw as my salesman both times. Tom is very conscientious and helpful. He is not pushy like many salespeople are and just wants to accommodate you and help you get the exact boat and features you want/need. Everyone at Erickson was great during our boating transaction. They performed a sea trial and demonstrated the vessel in its entirety. Chad and Cris offered great service, I’ll go nowhere else for my boating needs.

Tom helped my wife and I with a R222 Robalo purchase. Every step of the way Tom was there for us. Tom is an honest sales rep. My wife and I visited several other dealerships until we saved the best for last Erickson Marine! We drove over 3 hours to meet with Tom for our boat and I am here to tell you we would do it all over again!! If you are looking to buy a boat make this your first dealership you visit!!!

We dealt with Chad, Tom, and Bill at Erickson Marine, and let me say that there was absolutely no pressure to buy. They listened to us, made some suggestions, gave us pricing and information, and didn't try to seal the deal right then. We went to a competitor, did our research on other boats, and scheduled our sea trial. The young man (can't remember his name) who took us on the sea trial was genuine and sincere. Again, NO PRESSURE. All the time we felt like we were old friends, and not the fake kind of friends.

We ended up purchasing the Robalo R180 as it will fit in our garage with a folding windshield.

Highly recommend these guys when you are boat shopping. Oh, I forgot to say, that we live in the Punta Gorda area, it was well worth our time to make the drive to Sarasota, and will continue to make that drive for maintenance and service issues that may come up.

I recently purchased a Contender from Tom at Erickson Marine. From deciding on options to overall customer service it was the best boat buying experience I have had. Tom was by far the most helpful and non pushy salesman I have ever worked with in purchasing an item. He constantly took my calls and updated me on the status of my build. He was always honest and forthcoming if there were going to be any delays. A perfect example of his exemplary customer service happened back in October when me and my wife were heading out of town on our boat for our anniversary. I determined we had a cracked fuel filter and were leaking fuel, I immediately called Tom and he dispatched mechanics to the nearest boat ramp to fix the issue! You cannot get better customer service than that! My whole trip would have been ruined if it were not for Tom! The service department has always been awesome and helped me with any modifications or service and done a fantastic job! The only place I will ever buy a boat is Erickson Marine their owner and employees are top notch and always treat you like family. Thanks!

Highly recommend Erickson’s Marine! We bought our Robalo Cayman 226. Dec 2020. The entire sales team performed beyond our expectations. Jim was our sales rep however all work together Cody, Chad for an amazing seamless purchase. Fortunately their service department is probably the best we have ever dealt with! This is our 3rd. Thank you Dave, Tyra and all service staff for going well beyond satisfaction. Sorry if we missed mentioning anyone. This dealership is well worth the drive and we believe could be the best in Florida!

Lets start with best boat dealer in sarasota florida.Best customers service around.They sell the top brand boats .I purchased a sportsman boat 2 months ago I had a few small issues Joe & Chris erickson fixed the problems within a few days and found a few things I didnt even notice. Also best price around belive me I shopped around before I purchased thousands less than the next closest sportsman dealer.I would 100% buy from them again. Thanks guys
