The guys at Marty's are amazing. My fridge caught fire Sunday night and Monday afternoon I had a fridge. Everybody at Marty's was able to help and I could not thank them enough. We are customers for life!

Best repair guys around. We had dryer and washer problems. Marty's appliance was able to get a knowledgeable repairman there within a few days. We greatly appreciate the excellent service.

We had a small problem with our refrigerator making a terrible racket. Greg, our favorite service man, checked it out and fixed the problem right away.

Bought all of our American made kitchen appliances from Marty's years ago. Recently our refrigerator had a temperature glitch. They worked us in their schedule quickly. WOW is all I can say. My 2.5 year old LG dishwasher decided to quit on me:(. I went to Marty's and got a great deal on a very basic dishwasher. And to top it off I got so lucky to have it installed same day. I will never go anywhere else for appliances. Thank You!!!

Had our washer and dryer repaired by Greg. Fantastic person and service. We had to order new washer and dryer parts which took a couple weeks to come in but everything was quickly repaired. No problems. I recommend!

Just had a service call from Marty's. Greg, the technician accessed the problem and quickly solved the situation. We are in a new build, and Greg took the time to educate me on all our appliances. In a time where customer service isn't always top priority, NOT SO with Marty's! Great service.

I've used Marty's more than ANY of you guys, most likely. Almost 25 grand over the past year-- repairs, replacement appliances, and all that jazz. Crystal clear estimates and bills, quick service, have I ever had to send them back for a do-over? Um, no. These are my go-to appliance people. I even bought a dishwasher, fridge, and range for myself.

UPDATE: Here's something you should think about. I went to a Big Box Store which was selling brands other than what Marty's carries. I asked, "Who does the service on this brand?" and of course they had no clue. WHen I called the manufacturer, they suggested someone in Sacramento. When I told them I live in Carson City, they said, "Oh, Las Vegas, then."

Marty's is basically right down the street from me, and I KNOW they can offer service, warranty or otherwise. I'll stick with them, thanks.

UPDATE April 2023: My dishwasher's upper rack wheel snapped off. Marty's would have happily come to repair it, but suggested I could save money by removing the rack and bringing it to them, which I did. I arrived about an hour after they called me, they had an upgraded part installed in about ten minutes, and my dishwasher is quietly and happily scrubbing dishes as I type this. The only thing they could have done better was to carry me from my car inside the store. I am loving Marty's Appliance.

We have purchased several appliances from Marty's and they have educated us each time to ensure we get what we are looking for. When I saw a Kitchen Aid special order oven in a unique blue color they tracked it down for me - during COVID - for a remodel. When our contractors accidentally framed in the refrigerator space too small Marty refunded us for the refrigerator we had ordered and personally came to our house to measure the space. He found the one refrigerator on the market that would fit in the space and got it installed for us. Without his help we would have had to fight the contractor to reframe and finish that area of the kitchen. Highly highly recommend them!

We have gotten a washer and fridge from Marty's and been satisfied both times. Delivery was fast and on-time. Sales staff was polite and knowledgeable. Best of all, they stand by their product, servicing everything they sell themselves. Financing was also painless.

We have been doing business with Marty's for 15 years and we will never change as long as they are still here. The technicians are polite, considerate, quick, knowledgeable and the absolute best. and Marty himself is usually in the store and is wonderful to work with.

I was there a few months ago me and my mother where getting a part. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. My mom who is elderly kept asking the manager the same question over and over, and he would answer each time without any sign of annoyance. I looked up at him with that appreciative smile, showing that I was glad that he is such a patient man.

My washer went out, and when I went to Marty's to get a new one, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and worked with my schedule to deliver and install it. He knows his stuff and I'm glad I have someone good to call in case something happens again.

Marty's Appliance is the place to go in the Carson Valley! They have a large show room and excellent service. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have heard that their repair service is very good too.

Family owned store. Bought all of my kitchen appliances here. Great to work with and got the top of the line appliances. Pricing is competitive with big box stores
