I had really good service and feel like I got a good deal and all my questions were answered. It was a great experience and I like my new phone. Everything was very simple.

Chelsea handled my upgrade today with flawless attention to detail. She was very clear and precise. She was knowledgeable and didn’t have to seek answers for my questions, I like that she knew her stuff. Upgrade, data transfer, case, cover etc.. Whole experience was very pleasantly satisfying.
