Crescent Woods Community Center

My husband has been in service for 8 years; this is his third duty station and by far the best military housing management we have encountered. I appreciate everyone esp Michelle and her community center team. Can’t forget Maintenance! Top notch service between friendly personalities and getting the job done it was a pleasure to be here thanks to all the working hands! * I included photos of moments that made my time enjoyable here (besides Michelle and her crew of course lol) the views! winter and summer the sunset and sunrise are gorgeous! Trees all around and the home was massive. Spacious enough that I was able to re arrange things often. My kids and dog enjoyed the yard. Thank you again!!

We threw a Halloween part here. The staff was very accommodating when it came to my work schedule and picking up the keys. The area I rented was decent size and very clean

It's always great to have a party or to play in the indoor playground when the weather is bad, but my favorite is the little gym

Super cute place, many different areas to use for different purposes. It has an indoor park which is really awesome

This review is two weeks overdue, but I really wanted to make sure to leave one. I was a resident in this community for over two years and the home was very comfortable and had a nice layout. If I ever had any issues, someone was right out to address them.

The main reason I wanted to leave a review was the level of professional care I received upon moving out. Melanie was the tech that came out and checked everything in the home. She arrived early with a bright smile and amazing care and attention to detail. She was personable and friendly and was a pleasure to chat with even though I was running late on having everything out of my house, she worked around us and didn't make us feel bad in the least. I could tell she knows the stress of moving and showed us nothing but patience and kindness. She was even friendly about out yapping pups in the backyard while we continued to scramble. Natasha was our moveout specialist and she was very thorough and professional. She took her time walking through the home and when there was a discrepancy about a key, she went through the original contract twice until it was solved, she did not need to do this.

Both Melanie and Natasha alone would be motivation to move back into this community because I know I will be living somewhere the people are honest and actually care and enjoy their jobs. Thank you, ladies, for the standout service and going above and beyond!

Great Community Center. Staff are always present and helpful. The gym and play area seem a little outdated but they are still very useable.

The Army takes care of its families. Great place for activities.

The community center itself is really nice, the staff there are friendly, and they always have coffee/cookies complimentary. The gym is basic but free and warm in the winter. The facility is a good place to hang out or holiday FRG meetings (with approval).

CRESCENT WOODS HOUSING:
The housing, depending on newer or older, can be very nice or completely terrible. I say terrible, but it's better than alot of places. Mold and mildew is a constant issue in older housing as well as pests (rodents/insects). This is from personal experience living in the older, note we are not a dirty family. We clean and keep in order pretty decent. Maintenance can be hit or miss, on time or days late, fix the issue or "if it does it again or keeps doing it give us a call" (not looking for the root). All in all not completely terrible, convenient location, over priced though for older housing.

Great community. The best housing I have ever experienced in my 15yr career. 5bdrm 2.5 bath off Hudson Lane was really good. Not too far from PX/Commissary and right down the street from CYS, Teen Center, and Chapel. Also near main entrance to the post.

Love living here. The move in process was easy and the staff at Crescent Woods have been quick to address any concerns I may have had. 10/10 would live here again just because of the office people :)

The cookies are on point. Otis Spunkmeyer. Sometimes I go there and pretend to ask a question just to grab a cookie. The customer service is also A+ they are super friendly and go out of their way to help. This is true at every community center on fort drum.

Nice place to live very peaceful and the staff at the office are very friendly and professional Ms. Maricela, Ms. Charlotte and the other ladies are very nice always willing to help. Also the mantenance Department staff very helpful Mr. Jordan, Mr. Robert very professional and pro - active.

The employees are super friendly, it is modern, clean, and warm inside. I plan on using this center quite a bit during our time here.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! Community center is always kept clean and presentable.

There is a skate park at the back. I have never been inside but you can always skate and have fun with friends.
