Tyler was great! Very transparent about the changes I can expect with my bill and extremely thorough. I love coming to this Verizon. I’m glad there are always people like Tyler at this location. Verizon is so lucky to have such a stellar employee. Can’t recommend him enough!

Service was phenomenal. Kellie has a wealth of knowledge and takes as long as necessary to ensure your options are fully understood. When we were having technical issues she stuck with it and worked through the issues without complaint. Best experience while trying to upgrade phones in years. Highly recommend.

Tyler was absolutely wonderful!! He helped me get a new phone that isn’t broken! He was incredibly personable and made waiting in the store such a treat. I have to drive over an hour to the store, and I would do it anytime just to be helped by Tyler. He’s worth the wait and the travel involved!

We came into to switch from two different phone companies to Verizon and Savannah was very helpful, she informed us of every deal that was available and sat with us for over two hours as our phones switched over. She set us up with two new free phones, a new watch and home internet. She was very knowledgeable and answered every one of our questions. 10/10

Very great experience. Customer service was great. Savanah sat with me working through every possible way to fix my issue until we finally found one. Will definitely go back if I run into any other problems or want a new phone.

Nikki was amazing she had a little bit of a line but helped everyone so quickly! She is the best one at the store if you go in go to her!

Easiest upgrade path for a family member we have ever done thanks to Tyler. I've been in and out of Verizon shops coast to coast and Tyler is on another level and took care of everything and gave us a bunch of options. Plus it's not easy to make it feel personal while keeping it professional, Verizon should take note and integrate into their training.

Tyler was very helpful. I was a difficult customer, considering I came in with a nearly inoperable phone and was not a Verizon account manager. My visit was successful and timely because of Tyler’s efforts. Tyler reflects positively on the branch and Verizon as a whole and contributes to the likelyhood I will remain a customer.

I recently started a new contract through Verizon at the evans mills branch and an awesome employee named Tyler went above and beyond and helped me out even after regular business hours. Had me all set up with a new phone using my old number and out of the store in just over an hour!!! Great service and friendly employee experience!! Will definitely recommend!!

Tyler helped me set up for a new iPhone 15, he was extremely through with the entire process and even went back to explain stuff I didn’t understand in the first moment. We were having some issues w/ my fiancé’s phone being locked thru another carrier. Tyler was super helpful going to the extreme in a great way to help us out after all we’ve been told.
