S.T.A.R.T.

This company is racist they try to get rid of all the African-American in the business trying to make it like misconduct without any write up or documentation on misconduct but yet allow the staff that lie and not tell what's going on in the houses like residents crawling on the floor, falls not being reported, stealing food, letting staff take the residents link card home, no food in the house for days at a time so they take them to soup kitchens, Abby hiring her family into the company but want fire him yet nothing can get fixed in the houses like heat, washer, dryers, floors, or anything else but no misconduct or firing anyone which is so discrimination. The so call individual who teaches the med class just yelling out the N word and nothing was done but they want DSP to initial the MAR under someone else's name who never comes in the house, check the medication, turn the MAR in on time when they are piled up in a box and just taken a picture of or copy of it by someone else. This company needs to be closed. The staff they have only care about themselves. They allowed one of the residents to go out on an outing and the staff took pictures and posted them on her Facebook which is a HIPPA violation. This company hides all information from the residents and their POA's but guess who all are about to get involved NOW: ILLINOIS OMBUDSMAN, OSHA, the Health Department and everyone else that can get involved.

Worst company to work for. They treat individuals like a check, and over work and misuse their employees to their advantage. This place honestly should have been closed!
