Brenda who operated the drive-thru spoke clearly and slowly. She also didn't mind repeating herself. Her customer service was very impressive. She kindly started a fresh batch of Nacho Fries for which she requested a mild wait to which I gladly acquiesced. You will also observe that the Cheesy Rice and Bean burrito is wonderfully balanced with a Chipotle Sauce substitution. Not too much bean...not too much rice...not too much sauce... harmony. Good job Brenda at Taco Bell on Summit Pt!

hungry, went out for a quick fix to satisfy my appetite at Taco Bell 🛎. Bought the $5.00 box and an extra burrito 🌯.

The drive-thru and customer service were excellent.

The Best Fast Food Order I ever Had from This Location. All was Made with Perfection. If ever you Need To Complain ask For Brenda Priest. Seems like every time I eat any taco bell the cheesy fiesta potatoes are hard and dried out BUT not today at this one they were perfectly soft but crisp!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Service and food was outstanding. The dining room and restrooms were very clean. Food was to temperature range. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning on eating there or if you just want to drop in.

This restaurant wants to be open and the manager I dealt with was incredible! Every other Taco Bell is understaffed in Winston Salem, because of poor management. This lady was committed to being open. “Taco Bell” shame on you for not paying your staff and management! This company should be embarrassed and ashamed for paying your staff next to nothing to work so hard. I never leave reviews, but this was an eye opening experience, and this restaurant should reward whoever the manager is that worked on December 22nd 2021. She was incredible.

Whenever I am in Winston Salem, NC I always like to stop in this particular restaurant because of how courteous the employees are as they take your order. The food is always hot and the service is excellent. They have a wonderful selection of food items to choose from and the prices are very competitive and reasonable. If anyone is in this area of NC please stop by and pay a visit to the wonderful employees that will take care of you and your hunger. Thank you!

Took 30 min to get my order they short staffed and service sucks they more worried about drive thru in store customers drive thru customers out in less than a min in store customers 30 min no sense in that

Let me tell you something, I am already a big fan of taco bell in every way; but tonight taco bell was taken to new heights of excellence. We had the pleasure of having Alyssa in the drive-through before closing and we couldn't have asked for someone better. She is such an amazing employee, but an even better person. She was so amazing I am going to name my first daughter Alyssa and have her name her first daughter the same. Alyssa if you're reading this, keep doing you because as a customer I couldn't be more happy. Alyssa we love you from the bottom of our hearts and our stomach's. Thank you for making tonight a night to remember!

I believe the taco bell has to be the best one around me. The staff is always friendly and courteous. I have never gotten a wrong order or anything I didn't like. The food is also not as greasy as some I have been to either

The cashier was very friendly. We were greeted when entering and she even came by to ask us if we needed anything when she was cleaning off tables. Overall a great experience and fresh hot food!

The employees are always friendly and the dining room and rest rooms are clean. The manager is exceptionally friendly and his standards are high. The food is consistently prepared. I go twice a week.

Stop frequently for diet MT dew. Most fast foods don't have that drink. I love their steak cascades (spelled wrong). The cinnabons are great also. Fast service and good prices.
